“I’m not exercising like I should. But when do love the treadmill. The machines for arms . Can’t do anything knee strengthening because of bad knees from working in the nursing homes. That’s why I love treadmills ♥ Staff is friendly and any questions they will answer ♥ I love their showers good water pressure ♥”
“I love being able to go to the gym late at night after my kids go to sleep otherwise I wouldn’t be able to go to the gym. I do wish they had other amenities like tanning beds. Or we would be able to bring a friend with us sometime without them having to go through the whole process of registering.”
“When I’m traveling on the roads, I’m always trying to find different health facilities that I can get a good workout in. This facility was first class. Their weights were good, cardio equipment was great, and the sauna was very clean and hot. Just the way I like it.

“Shenandoah Powerhouse Gym is a great gym to have membership and work out in. It is quite, clean, good music to set the tone, and a wide variety of weights and exercise machines. The owners and staff are kind, welcoming, respectful and make you feel right home. It also has several personal trainers present to assist beginners with the proper way to train. So if you are a pro, beginner or somewhere in-between, this gym is for you.”
