Rose at the front desk was very kind, and professional! She helped me set up our appointment and was able to answer all my questions. We always hate this time of year because it can cause so much stress but she helped us to feel comfortable. Thank you!

I would absolutely not recommend H&R Block to no one. The App is not user friendly and the tax preparers don’t even know how to work it. Both the man and the woman working there were no help and didn’t care I was going to be a first time customer. I wasted 2 hours for nothing. Oh well, they lost my business and I will definitely spread the word of my dissatisfactory experience.

We had a 1:00pm.appt with Susan Cantrell today and it's 1:15pm and she is a no show and no one working the front desk to ask. Terrible, no consideration for people. Very shabby run!

Took over 3 months for them to file our taxes. We did not have a complicated situation, we just kept getting different tax professionals who "forgot" we were their clients.

What a great experience! We were able to get an appointment easily in the busy tax season! The staff was friendly and very helpful! Revonda especially made the time to answer all of my questions! It was great to have someone to talk to face to face! Better experience than TurboTax and no hidden fees like they added this year! Will definitely come back next year to H & R Block! Thank you!
