They went above and beyond to help us upgrade to the Beyond Plan and made the entire process of trading in our previous phones for the new iPhone 17 incredibly smooth. Their knowledge and patience truly stood out. We appreciate the extra time they took to explain everything clearly and make sure we left completely satisfied. I came up here to cancel out the last review I wrote because when I actually showed up to the store, and I understood very quickly the day he was having. He was new he was overwhelmed and well, so was I in at the time, my redhead irish blood was over boiling! we both should have handled ourselves differently however when it was over the manager paid out of her pocket so that my phone did not get turned offWe make mistakes, but this store owned it in,made it right.
