“I went into the Waynesboro Verizon store to finally get a new phone and had the pleasure of being helped by Tiara, who was amazing throughout the entire experience! She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me transfer all of my photos, contacts, data, and text messages—especially the messages from my late father, which meant so much to me. When she couldn’t locate some of the data, she quickly reached out to a coworker for assistance. Tiara spent a great deal of time ensuring I had everything I needed before I left. When I return, I will definitely ask for her help again!”

The staff was very professional and efficient—they helped me get 5 lines set up in no time, explained everything clearly, and made sure all the devices were ready to go before I left. What really stood out was how organized and fast everything was, especially considering how much we needed done.

“I have recently had a couple complex issues with my home internet unit and the tech took so much careful effort and patience to help troubleshoot the problem. Then just last week there was a billing mistake and again his friendly patient manner resolved the problem. I have lost the note with his name and can’t remember how to spell it but he’s the interim manager who came from one of the Harrisonburg stores. I’m sure he remembers. I’d like to have his name again so I can write positive public reviews for him and thank him again for his efforts . This is the Waynesboro store next to I-64 at the shopping center with Target etc. I have had excellent service from every tech with other problems, but he was the best.”

“Gracie was incredible in trying to assist with my device troubleshooting - she took immediate initiative in wanting to help resolve, and was determined to get my cricket device working for my new line! I've never had customer service so helpful and beyond grateful for her support with my device. Although it came down to a device issue, she was determined and did everything she could, where I feel many would have not even tried or shrugged off. I greatly appreciate the time and energy she took in trying to resolve!! And letting me try her elote Pringles during the wait! :) (So good) And Sheila for giving me a kind bar too!! Such an amazing experience at this location - both Sheila and Gracie are incredible assets to this company, you simply don't come across service like this that often, and would give 10 stars if I could !”
