Has lot of activities to do here. It has a swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms, weights and exercise equipment, squash and basketball courts.

We love our local YMCA and are so thankful for all the services they provide. Membership is affordable and access to on-site childcare has made it possible for me to focus on my own health again. We love the indoor pool and facilities are always clean. Most of the volunteers seem very kind and happy to be there.

I've had pretty good experiences here. It can be very hard to get swim lanes, I would prefer reserving lanes as I would know when I can come

Sadly I had to cancel. I'm Autistic, asked for no loud bass stereo playing at the pool,(its very painful to some Neurodiverse people)they actually said lifeguards take precedence over guests. I'm a former swimmer and this was fitness into my old age. When I brought my Autistic son years ago they were better. It's ableism and discrimination. The lifeguard was nice but not Aquatics director. I'm really sad about it. People with cognitive disabilities aren't welcome.

Horrible… have been going for atleast a month with no problem and was stopped today and was harassed by one of the people at the front desk. Was accused of stealing and was told to never come back… the two people up front clearly didn’t know how to do their job and seemed very unprofessional.

No towel service and, rude front desk workers typically the older ones. Rules apply only to specific members..bring a guest will constitute a horrific line of questioning and if your from another Ymca oh brother you may as well forget it. the director josh has the personality of a fence post no people skills at all. So I suppose the board should evaluate the members with anonymous servey ?

My grandson had a student membership so he could work out in preparation for high school baseball tryouts. He made the team, so the Y membership was a great choice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Guards don't enforce rules concerning segregated steam and sauna rooms. Females in men's and vise versa..YMCA is based on Christian beliefs right? And I've observed these rules only apply to certain members double standards? Cameras throughout the facility???

CLOSES way too early, first they brought up their price and they close too early so now that they charge more they take away 2 hours of possible time on the weekend, otherwise great facility, JUST stay open LONGER!!!!!??

The place was great and they had a hot tub which is nice, and their were nice employees, but don't leave a unopened drink cause someone stole my drink.

You are unable to use childcare and the pool at the same time during the evenings. I’m great at process mitigation if they need help to figure out how to fix this.

What a great staff! Our company, SuperFun Attractions, brings our inflatable and mechanical attractions to roughly 400 customers a year. We work with over 200 schools, churches and charities. When it comes to dedication to living up to high standards, this team stands alone at the top. What a blessing to the Staunton Augusta community.

Rudest life guard ever! They love to play super loud acid rock music. It’s not about the members comfort level, it’s all about whatever the life guard wants to do. Lazy, she just sits around gossiping. Never had such a bad experience at a YMCA. Complained to management, I was told I’d need to ask for music to be turned down, which I had done, when I was treated super rudely by the lifeguard and by the aquatics swim director who asked me to change swim lanes for swim classes which never took place.Management suggested I could arrange my schedule to come at times this particular lifeguard wasn’t working, rather than handle the issues. I dropped the membership. Pretty shocking when a member has to leave due to a rude young lifeguard!!
