Went in with my mother-in-law and spoke to James Maynard. He was so helpful and got her cellphone working by replacing the SIM card. James has exceptional customer service skills and Verizon is lucky to have him!

the woman who checked me in and helped me was very pleasant and helpful. my phone was not charging and she diagnosed the problem and provided a fix. I am now fixing my problem thanks to her. I find that the women who try to help are better than the men. thank you for getting me back to using my phone
