“Machines work great and clean well when directions are followed. Most of the time the issues people have are from not following directions or reading directions before entering car wash.”
“This was a new-to-me car from a dealership. The car came detailed. We took it to Lori's anyways. It was a HUGE difference. The car looked brand new! Lori's does gorgeous work!”
“The people here are so friendly and helpful and I love the way my car looks after, very shiny and no water spots. I’m unable to towel it off after and it still looks so good! I live on a back road so I took a membership out and definitely will be visiting very often!!”
“I'm sorry I visited this laundry, they didn't clean my car properly, even the car got wet on the outside, the glass was still wet and the inside, the dust was so disappointed.”
“I have the car wash membership it pays for itself in 2 washes. With the membership of $25 month I can get as many car washes as I want, I can go e every day if I want, and it includes tire shine and towel dry. Plus frew vacuums, trash cans, they supply rags and spray bottles of cleaner and there I call armorall. I am a neat freak when it comes to my cars so they always look great. Highly recommend and I personally think their car washes are better than hang 10 or whatever there called.”
“My son had to get his truck washed as this one has the brushes that he likes. I got out and was gonna walk through to the other side while he went in the vehicle. I hit the entrance and it started to spray. Needless to say I had to go around and not through. It did a great job on his truck. We miss the brushes back home.”
“membership well worth the price. trent and other employees always very helpful and friendly. travel across town to come to this location due to the great service”
“My husband and I have memberships with 5 Star Auto and absolutely love that it’s our one stop shop for repairs, oil changes, car washes and vacuuming!”
“I went there no appointment...got 2 new tires installed in 20 minutes. Quick and easy. Highly recommend. He told me they didn't have the size in used, only new. I cant argue that unless I go and inspect his inventory...but new and installed was 4x cheaper than Costco”

“I don’t even live in Stephens City, Virginia where the Go car wash is located that I use. But I refuse to use another one. I’ve loved the product they’ve provided and the employees have always been so awesome to me. Thank you guys!”
