“I don’t often take the time to write a review but my experience at Hang10 was so wonderful that I felt it deserved recognition. From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. What truly made my visit special was the Assistant General Manager on duty named Colin. Colin went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He took the time to answer my questions, explained the different wash equipment and made sure I understood everything to the best of his knowledge. I had a few concerns about some baked on residue from years of my own negligence. Colin immediately started to help get it off without hesitation in this heat. In today’s world it is rare to find someone with such genuine care for customers. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me. It is clear that Colin takes pride in his work and truly values the people who visit. I highly recommend Hang10 on Route 50 to anyone looking for excellent service and a clean vehicle. “I'm sorry I visited this laundry, they didn't clean my car properly, even the car got wet on the outside, the glass was still wet and the inside, the dust was so disappointed.”
“My son had to get his truck washed as this one has the brushes that he likes. I got out and was gonna walk through to the other side while he went in the vehicle. I hit the entrance and it started to spray. Needless to say I had to go around and not through. It did a great job on his truck. We miss the brushes back home.”

“I went there no appointment...got 2 new tires installed in 20 minutes. Quick and easy. Highly recommend. He told me they didn't have the size in used, only new. I cant argue that unless I go and inspect his inventory...but new and installed was 4x cheaper than Costco”
