“At my recent visit to Bray and Scarff, I was lucky enough to have Matthew Kassa help me find the perfect replacement for my 22 year old washer and dryer that needed quick replacement. None of the floor models suited my needs, so Matthew looked on line. In a very short time, he found the perfect set to replace my dead machines at home. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, and the new machines were delivered and operating on the following Wednesday. Matthew mad sure I got a sale price and every available rebate. He volunteered to fill out the rebate forms for me if I needed help. It turns out, unlike my replaced machines, the new ones do not come with manuals as my older ones did. I called Matthew and he said if I wanted to return to the store he could complete the rebates (or do that over the phone) and print out the manuals for me. That took about 5 minutes, and I was on my way to use my new machines. This was customer service that is rare today, and could never be replicated by the AI many places now rely on. Thank you Matthew for setting my household back to normal!”
