“Little shop, big results. M&W fixed my Lexus to like new condition after someone hit it. They even matched the paint, which is a 3-coat complex job. Syed is an extremely nice guy and great communicator over text during the process. He was also thoughtful about what parts to replace (and not replace) with good reasons why. Even touched up a few scratches I had not mentioned. Job was done on time as promised and car was delivered washed and waxed.”
“I bought A new car that got some damage on transport. It was going to be repaired by the warranty company but I needed to use a company they chose. Maaco was very easy to get into to get an estimate from. They worked with the warranty company before so they knew where to send the paperwork to. Within a couple days I heard back on the approval and was able to set up a date to drop the car off. The drop off was easy. They quoted me a time frame. I called to see if it would be ready on time and they had some delays but worked it out super fast so that I could have my car back by the time the rental was due back. They did excellent work. You can't even tell I had body work done.”

“I recently brought my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan to D&V Autobody Inc. in Sterling, VA, after a hit-and-run accident involving an ice cream truck. The damage required extensive work on two panels, the tire, the driver's mirror, and the front bumper. From the beginning, the repair team at D&V was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to perfect condition.
Their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. At one point, there was an issue locating the tire lock key, and when I called the dealership, they initially insisted there weren’t tire locks on my vehicle. However, D&V Autobody quickly provided photographic evidence, which I sent to the dealership, prompting them to locate the key and deliver it to D&V. This saved me significant time and frustration.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the level of care D&V Autobody showed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing skilled and customer-focused auto repair!”

“Sheriff and team are truly amazing and this is really the only place that I truly trust outside of the dealership to service my car. The first time I came was after a minor accident in which I lost a fender and messed up my paint. They fixed it in two days and the price was more than fair/reasonable. When I got my car back it looked like new AND it was cleaned. I came back a couple weeks later for an oil change and for a safety/emissions inspection. They do not offer safety/emissions inspections but offered to get it taken else where. They made sure that whatever work was needed to pass got done and again the prices were reasonable.
I really only see myself brining my car to A2Z outside of the dealership and am so grateful to the team and to Sheriff for the quality of service and the amazing customer experience that they provide.”

Back in January, about a week after our snow/ice storm, I was driving behind another vehicle in my Tesla when a massive sheet of ice flew off the roof of the car in front of me and slammed into the front passenger side of my vehicle. The damage was significant — $10k+ worth of damage. A cracked bumper, smashed headlight, smashed fog light, a broken windshield, damage to the fender, and the trim around the wheel well was ripped off. It was a mess.
The good news was that I was 100% not at fault. The bad news was that I now had to deal with someone else’s insurance and go through tprocess. Before the accident, my Tesla was in mint condition — no scratches, no dents, nothing. It looked brand new, and I wanted it returned to that same condition.
I started researching body shops that were Tesla-authorized and came across D&V Autobody Masters. That’s when I was connected with Mario, and I can honestly say he was fantastic throughout the entire process.
Getting the insurance company to approve everything that needed to be repaired was a complete uphill battle. Mario stayed on top of them, the entire time. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and we spoke once or twice a week. At the end of each week, he would send a detailed summary email explaining exactly where things stood. That level of communication alone was incredibly helpful.
What really stood out to me was that Mario went to bat for me with the insurance company. He made sure I didn’t have to play the middleman between the body shop and the insurance adjusters. He handled those conversations directly and fought to make sure the repairs were done correctly. In the event, that I did need to speak to them or make a call, he told me what I needed to ask for and why I should be the one to call.
The insurance company initially wanted to only cover aftermarket parts. This didn’t sit right with me considering my car didn’t have any aftermarket parts to begin with. This is where Mario really stood his ground. Mario pushed back against multiple “claims agents” telling them what they are offering just isn’t good enough and worked hard to ensure the car was repaired using Tesla-manufactured parts, which is exactly what should happen when a vehicle like this is repaired.
Yes, the process took longer than I would have liked, but that delay wasn’t because of the shop — it was because of the back-and-forth with the insurance company. Mario never gave up and stayed committed to making sure the car left the shop looking as good as — if not better - than it did before the accident.
I hate dealing with insurance companies. I find the whole process extremely frustrating. I was ready to blow a gasket a few times that I did have to speak with them, But having someone like Mario on the front line made all the difference.
I would absolutely recommend D&V Autobody Masters, and if you have the chance to work with Mario, you’ll be in great hands.
If I ever find myself needing a body shop again in the future, Mario will be my first call.”

The finish on the powdercoated wheels were 100% scratch/mark free before the job, and we're still like that after job was done. So that's a win! They did a good clean job, and for less $ than even the local chain place wanted. I'll be back!
