NO, NO, NO - Go to Advance Auto by Target.
I walked in to buy a spark plug. I smiled, said good morning. The guy looked at, kept working, I waited for someone else, no one seemed to be there, so I asked if he could help me, he said he was helping someone else. He was not on the phone, no one else in the store and said I had to wait and that I was in the wrong area. I was at the counter with the cash registers. Horrible attitude, unprofessional. If you don't want to work with the public, then quit and do o something else. Don't be rude. Worst auto store I've been in.

Patrick was excellent, great customer service very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond, also used the computer check engine scanner He didn’t stop until check everything. 💯 GREAT

Anibal S. Is the worst, I drove 2 hours to get a part for my Nissan because Anibal said the part was in stock in his store but he was wrong and wouldn’t admit that he made a mistake. He is also very condescending, on the phone he asked for the make and model and I responded “Nissan rouge” and then he asked for the make again, saying “you know like Chevy, ford,” and I repeated myself and said Nissan again and he couldn’t understand. Anibal has 0 social skills and is really, really bad at his job.

Erin the worker made this experience terrible. Awful customer service. I asked for Erin’s help & he acted like I was stupid for asking questions. Erin the worker quote on quote said “90% research, 10% work” do not come to this auto zone if you’re looking for help & guidance with your automobile This is why people resort to Amazon for their purchases.

Really nice store with good workers who know how to do their job properly. I went three different autozone to get warrenty service for faulty parts I bought from autozone that had lifetime warranty and everyone else were to undertrained to know how to handle it and they turned me away but these guys know their stuff. Thank you guys.

Went down to pick up some ramps. Item was ready as I ordered it online. Took less than 15 minutes from the time that I ordered to pick up. This location is fast.

I would give this location 5 stars but when I called the store and spoke to a employee..he literally picked up the phone and put me on hold right away for 10+ minutes (not exaggerating) but then I hung up the phone and called back right away and he tried to do the same thing again and I just needed a yes or no answer. He said he was the only one working and with a customer. Regardless I drove to the store and found 3 employees working in the front. Smh. However I was able to get my car battery core issue resolved swiftly.
