I had to cancel my reservation. I had made a reservation for mustang e merch and instead they were offering me a mini van or pay to upgrade to an 8 seater. Why would I pay more for a bigger car that I don’t need that will be more of an inconvenience in the city? What a waste of my time. And the other guy at the counter was like “take it or leave it”. Reading the other reviews, I am glad I had other options at 2AM and didn’t even consider taking it.

They booked me with different booking in there system than the one I booked and towed my car from my hotel claiming am late returning the car. And even when I went to there office and they admit it was there fault they didnt sent me my staff which was left in the car and still charged me with late fees

I reserved a Kia Nero electric car. I called ahead to make sure it had a charging cord. I was given a Volvo C40 recharge at pickup. It had no cord, but I hadn’t checked at pickup. I took it to a charging station and it wouldn’t charge. I have 2 electric cars so I thought I knew what I was doing. Roadside assistance said I would have to drive it back to exchange the car. I did so and was given a Hyandia Ioniq 5. I drove it to 30% charge and it stopped on the freeway. I pulled over, called roadside assistance and got an uber. I left the vehicle with the keys on the dash. I called Customer Service 3x to tell them i left the car and that I wanted my money back. They bounced me between roadside assistance and customer service till I gave up.

Got a car for the holidays, customer service (Kathy) was good but couldn't upgrade to a larger vehicle.

The car I got was not what I expected. I expected a smaller car but got an SUV with features I am not use to and no idea how to turn them off. It makes for more difficult drive.

Took about an hour before we left. Had to replace a car that they wanted us to use which had two system faults in it but finally got a good car

The staff here is very unprofessional and I’ve had nothing but problems since the moment I rented a vehicle with them. Charged me $508 for tolls when I had specifically asked the front desk guy to add etoll but no insurance or anything else. Four days after returning the rental I went back to get another rental and they held $640 of mine cause they stated I never returned the rental because they didn’t check it in properly. On top of that I didn’t get my $640 released for almost a month. Worst experience ever with a rental company.

They didn't have the car I reserved they gave me a full sized vehicle for same price as compact until I returned. Make sure you inspect the vehicle fully before leaving the parking lot. The Truck had chargeable damage that was not made aware by the employees I caught it and had to go back to have the damage annotated
Then I was charged for full-size when I disputed the charge they them said I returned the vehicle empty. So if you rent from them make sure you keep documentation and take picture of vehicle upon return especially if you can't get the valet to check off on it. They overcharged me a considerable amount. Not worth the hassle.

Very slow. It took me more than hour to get car. There was no rush yet the car was not ready for a pre booked one. You can buy new car and drive out. Frustratingly slow
