Everything went smoothly. Prices are high, but it was high at all the places at Dulles Airport. Staff was pleasant, car was good, drop-off was easy and transportation from rental place to airport was very good.

Very easy to get in and out and they had decent rates for a minivan. Not real clear how to handle tolls and the $250 deposit (which is done in addition after prepaying for the rental) is a bit off putting.
