NoVa Ninja is a top fitness and obstacle training facility in Virginia, founded in 2015 by two-time American Ninja Warrior competitor and a CrossFit athlete. Located at 21531 Blackwood Court in Sterling, VA, it offers a variety of programs for kids and adults. The facility provides NinjaFit Kids, Ninja Warrior Classes, Youth Competition Teams, Camps, Field Trips, and a Ninja House/Recreational League for children. For adults, there are NinjaFit classes focused on strength and conditioning, OCR Fit, and Ninja Nights. The environment is a mix of gritty training and positive encouragement, making it a favorite for families. Kids enjoy a fun, encouraging space that helps them build strength, balance, agility, and confidence while conquering challenging obstacle courses. Many reviews highlight how the coaches are energetic, enthusiastic, and supportive, fostering a safe and organized setting. The focus is on individual progress, learning from mistakes, and developing an adventurous spirit without the distractions of trampolines or overly childish activities. Parents appreciate the flexible scheduling, the emphasis on building confidence, and the safe yet challenging obstacle courses. Birthday parties hosted at NoVa Ninja are well-organized, with coaches leading kids through obstacles, creating a fun experience for all. Though communication prior to events can sometimes be a concern, the overall experience is consistently positive, with many noting the facility’s heart and dedication to helping kids and adults achieve their fitness goals through ninja-style training.
We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party here this past weekend and it was wonderful! Nice big party room and the whole place to yourself! The kids all had a great time and the coaches were fantastic!
