Always a great visit and experience. I love getting my propane refilled here and always a great experience dealing with people who are attentive.
Especially considering when i go to bigger places i have to deal with a robot, or other challenging customer service.
Amazing selection of outdoor patio equipment as well. Best grill place on the area.

I recently went to Lawn & Leisure to purchase a new grill. The people at the store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I paid for assembly and delivery and given an estimated date of delivery. They called me a week before it was to be delivered saying they had an opening earlier and asked if I was available. The delivery showed up on time and fully assembled. They checked to make sure it worked and at the same time made sure I knew how to operate it. All of the accessories I ordered also were delivered. The two people who delivered were extremely nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience buying from Lawn & Leisure and I highly recommend them.

Customer service awful. Ladies at front desk said nothing. We went in to purchase a lawn mower and tried to get help but the guy behind the desk just kept walking away and looked annoyed. We left and just purchased from another store instead.

Lawn and Liesure has been my go-to store for lawn and outdoor living products for nearly 40 years. My most recent purchase was a Napoleon grill (replacement for the Weber I purchased from Lawn and Liesure 13 years ago). TC was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, assisting me in my selection by providing in-depth comparisons and guidance. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to enjoying the grill even more often when the springtime weather arrives. As has been the case for many years, Lawn and Liesure’s knowledgeable staff, quality products, exceptional service before and after the sale and competitive prices make it the place to go for anything you need outdoors.

The team and Lawn and Leisure were great. We were new to the area and looked up local businesses for grills, outdoor kitchens and furniture for our new home and found Lawn and Leisure. Their products are a very high quality, and their pricing is very good. If you're used to the quality of the typical big box stores, you may feel pricing is a little high, but I encourage you to take a look at the quality. We bought an outdoor stove/fire pit and had them spec an outdoor kitchen. The stove was similar to brands you'll see if you search for one. But the quality and the thickness of the materials in the brands they carry is far superior. A bonus is the staff. They know their products and use them personally. And you just can't beat that personal attention and product knowledge that seems to be lacking from the big box stores.

I stumbled across Lawn and Leisure while looking for furniture for my covered porch. There are a lot of furniture brands available on the internet, however, Trust Pilot reviews tell a different story about customer service and/or brand quality. I wanted to avoid having any buyer's remorse. Lawn and Leisure offers quality furniture from companies that they have known for years. I fell in love with Telescope’s Wexler MGP collection, and it was helpful to test out their comfort and examine their construction with the set on the showroom floor. Desi was super informative introducing me to the company (over 100 years old!), describing their construction, warranty, easy care, and other details. In addition, Lawn and Leisure’s prices were the same as those on the internet! After I placed my order, Owners Tom and Jane worked to quickly deliver my furniture in time for Mother’s Day. The entire buying process was easy, informative, and stress-free. Even more impressive was the speed with which Lawn and Leisure replaced a chair that had a small defect. Tom made the exchange himself. This company is exceptional in its commitment to quality and customer service. I’m hugely pleased with my purchase experience with Lawn and Leisure and love my new Telescope furniture. Sending thanks to Tom, Jane, TC, and Desi!

The staff at Lawn & Leisure were incredibly patient with my husband and I as we debated the purchase of our new grill. All the reps we spoke with were passionate about their product and worked very hard to answer all of the questions we had and anticipate questions we should have. When we weren't sure of our purchase between two different grills, they took the time to show us the differences and help us weigh the pros and cons of each one. We settled on a Napoleon and have had zero regrets. Delivery was today and their guys went above and beyond. We live in a townhouse with two short but very steep sets of stairs on the route to the deck. The two gentlemen handled the stairs with ease and had our grill out on our deck in no time at all. While they were completing the finishing set up, they both answered any questions I had and were sure to point out features that we needed to know about. They saw that we had purchased a grill cover at the time we bought the grill and made sure that there was one on the truck just in case we hadn't taken it home at the time of purchase (we did!)
Looking forward to lots of yummy grilled meals on the deck.

My experience with Lawn and Leisure has been outstanding. I found their furniture to be competitively priced and the staff extremely friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for outdoor furniture and I will shop with them again for all my future needs.

Our salesman TC was fantastic! He spent a lot of time to 'educate' us on the various grills, good and so so features depending on model, and answered all questions. He never tried to hard sell us as he honestly wanted us to be happy with whatever model/brand we selected.
We opted for a Napoleon Grill, and the delivery guys were very careful delivering the grill and making sure everything worked before they left.
This is a first class store with excellent staff!! We will be coming back to select patio furniture next, as they carry quality products, and are so helpful.

I spent days shopping online for a replacement table top for my bar top table. It was going to cost me more to get a replacement than it would to buy a whole new table. I went to Lawn & Leisure and as soon as I walked through the door, Tom asked me what I was looking for and within a few minutes he showed me an extra table top they just happened to have in their warehouse. My lucky day! Too bad I wasted so much time looking online but I had done enough research to know that the deal Tom offered me was a good one. I can’t wait to get the table top!!
And an added bonus - they are going to measure my perfectly good chair frames that have split slings when they do the delivery so they can replace those too.
I’m glad to be able to continue to use my outdoor furniture instead of adding more stuff to the landfill.

We had an issue with our insert fireplace and sought the services of Lawn and Leisure. We have been clients for many years. Tariq came out and was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable. We thought we needed a new remote and he told us we did not. That honesty and integrity is something that is rare these days. He fixed what was needed and we are all set for a while. I highly recommend Lawn and Leisure and will not hesitate to call them again if issues arise.

I was in the market for a grill, and stumbled on this place. Buying a grill from a big retailer like Home Depot didn't sit right with me. Tom helped me decided on a great Weber grill and is truly understands his product. Highly recommended and will be coming back for more grill-related accessories soon!
