Went to Lawn and Leisure to get supplies for my Napoleon Pro500 grill. Met with “TC” who helped me troubleshoot my issues. He took the time to identify the parts and provided what I needed to get my grill back online. His customer service was outstanding in every respect. I dropped by at lunchtime to get my grill's LP tank refilled. Took all of 5 minutes and didn't cost a fortune. The gent helping me was cheerful and efficient.Quick, easy and no surly attitudes. What could be better?
