I filled à complain. 1: I was fully refund without problem by calling the customer service. 2: I received an email from a manager at the customer service department assuring me that they'd do the right thing. I hope they will offer me a free box of that paper as a gesture since I would have to re-order the package without the discount and do not trust the delivery guy. I am a member of ODP since 2000, and I never had a bad experience before. Laura.”

Since I brought my own paper, I initially assumed the problem was due to the machine’s limitations, but she took the time to troubleshoot and test possible causes on her side, as well as factors that may have contributed to the issue on my end. When I arrived at the location, I was genuinely impressed by her dedication and willingness to figure out the issue. She earned my full respect. In the end, the issue was resolved, and the prints came out perfectly aligned. I couldn’t be happier, and they definitely earned our trust and future business. For anyone bringing your own paper: make sure to check both the paper weight (lb) and GSM specifications, and confirm that they are compatible with their system beforehand.”
