“Kym went above and beyond to listen to my needs and help resolve an issue I was having with print alignment. Since I brought my own paper, I initially assumed the problem was due to the machine’s limitations, but she took the time to troubleshoot and test possible causes on her side, as well as factors that may have contributed to the issue on my end.
When I arrived at the location, I was genuinely impressed by her dedication and willingness to figure out the issue. She earned my full respect. In the end, the issue was resolved, and the prints came out perfectly aligned. I couldn’t be happier, and they definitely earned our trust and future business.
