Planet Fitness is a gym that provides a welcoming space for everyone in a Judgement Free Zone. The staff are frequently described as friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and great. The facility is noted for being very clean, with spacious work out areas and plenty of equipment, including many treadmills and ellipticals for cardio. Its availability 24 hours and at many locations is also seen as a positive. However, the gym faces several consistent criticisms. Many machines are often broken or non-functional, with a need for regular maintenance. The weights area is very small and often overcrowded. The music is described as unbearably loud, terrible, and obnoxious throughout the whole gym. The alarm meant to ensure quiet goes off frequently for any noise. Some members also note that the gym can stink and that the machines have been very dirty. While the staff are generally praised, newer staff are sometimes noted as not well trained to handle requests and complaints.
Planet Fitness is great for the purpose of getting a simple, no-hassle work out in between a busy schedule. Location is convenient but parking can sometimes be challenging. But overall enjoy going to this location for a quick work out.

My regular gym. It's basic but staff are friendly and has recently been upgraded with new equipment. But it's almost always very crowded. Can't blame a planet fitness for being crowded given he price. It could be a little more cleaner though

Friendly and welcoming staff! At least 2-5 machines are broken every time we go. My least favorite thing about the gym is how unbearably loud the terrible music is. Anywhere you go in the whole gym it is too loud and obnoxious. Especially the locker rooms and in the morning when there aren’t many people around.
