Site has NO available parking, so if you are planning a short term rental, you MUST obtain a ride to-from the site, as you will not be able to legally park your vehicle at the site while you are using the rented U-Haul vehicle. When I explained my parking dilemma, site offered no suggestions regarding where I might legally park. They apparently didn't care about this customer's parking needs.

Do not rent from this location. Truck that I picked up broke down for 3 hours and when I called for any kind of compensation, they just said “well did road side come and assist” I responded “yes 3 hours later I was put back late because of this and lost help with moving because people have schedules”. The manager just said “well if road side came and repaired then I can’t help you.” Very robotic and will not help in the case of a bad experience. Meanwhile the location I dropped off said “if we were the ones that took your payment I would just refund your entire payment but you need to call sterling. If you’re looking for faulty equipment then this is your place to go!! FYI- the manager where I dropped off in Fredericksburg told me if I had paid him he would have refunded me everything because that is an awful experience. Sterling management is AWFUL

Maarafa Truck and Warehouse Rental Company, they have everything related to shipping and storing goods. Their prices are very reasonable

It was bad experience. They handled me a vehicle with less than full tanc without explaining how their system work and returned it with a full tanc as expected and I ended paying for a company gas not the gas I used for my trip.
It is unacceptable and disrespectful for me as a clients
