I was helped with getting a passport and it was a great experience. Appointment on time, all questions were answered, and quick service. Thanks to Cena for doing a wonderful job

The USPS in Sterling is the worst—staff is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist. One lady walked away from my mother, refusing to help, and they lost my package with sensitive info. Employees get frustrated, blame customers, and show zero resolution skills. Managers need investigation; this facility’s poor communication and unacceptable attitude toward taxpayers and customers demands a serious overhaul.

They have absolutely no concept of customer service. I always lose my smile when I am forced to use this facility. I would avoid it but sometimes you have to use the postal service.

Customer service here sucks I call an hour before I go to the post office to check if I can pick up a package I get told yes we will have it ready at the front for you. I get there only to be told that it has not been shorted yet and that I have to wait for it to be delivered. Fast forward a day and now my package hasn't been delievered because it's marked for pick up at the post office. What a useless bunch of people

The place was so clean and I didn’t know I needed an appointment, but thank you so much Valentina for helping me to get my passport without having any appointment. She is super kind and so sweet.

This location has reached rock bottom in terms of customer service, attitude and rude. Very embarrassing for usps.
