The sales lady made me feel really good that I choose Grand's furniture store, because she was all about what I wanted and more! I will be going back and more! August 28.2025 I went back to Grands Furniture and I enjoyed seeing all the staff! And laughing with the staff! All the staff members helps with above and beyond! I have grown to allow myself to trust all the staff because they take time with me and help me safe when shopping at the store! I enjoyed my visit on August 28.2025.

I went back to Grand's Furniture on June 30.2026 and Dylan took good care of me and explained everything to me which made me happy! Dylan mother Linda on her day off got on the phone and helped me as well which made me really happy and more! “Staff was friendly, at the time most of the store was on holiday clearance. Sadly the day i was there they were only accepting CARD ONLY i dont know how often this happens but it was very inconvenient i had brought my children to spend their money they had gotten from family for the holidays (im not exactly a rich person). Some items weren't clearly marked and some of the items weren't placed with good signage wether it was included or not (but customers move things as well as their children! ) I did talk with a few staff and they were more than helpful to locate things around!
We would return hopefully not card only and that the holiday's have passed a little straighter (i still mostly blame shoppers or them trying to have alot of merchandise out)”
