Last week we went to this branch to update details. Carmen has been amazing! She has welcomed everyone, and you could tell she is sharing joy from her heart! She was also professional, quick, and very helpful! Have been here before, but this time certainly was a positive surprise.

I have always had excellent service at this branch. They know me when I walk in the door. Whenever I have had situations that were a little difficult they were always professional and extremely helpful. Love coming into this branch and will continue to do so.

There was 1 person to handle customer service, we waited for 45 mins and then not with a desk rep. But a teller, we had to stand at the counter trying to handle personal private business. Very unprofessional.
