“I went in today on a Saturday with no appointment. If the customer service i received today is any indication of how I an valued as a member then I will NEVER need another financial institution. I was greeted by a receptionist who was very friendly. I waited about 3 to 4 minutes before I was greeted by an associate named Rose. We hit it off immediately. She was GREAT. Got everything done I needed to do in record time even with some computer issues. “Just moved to North Carolina I live 30 minutes past the VA line now and this branch is the closest one to where I moved and I'm thankful for that.
