Kohls used to be my go to store but lately not so much. The store is now messy and the selection of available sizes isn't good. Their coupons are so restrictive, they never work on the items I want.

Clean store, Staff was attentive and professional. Prices are $30 and above for most basic brands. Some good sales bring prices down.

Kohls store 1216 in Suffolk VA is the store to shop at. The staff, mainly Mr. Eli and Mike are the absolute best. Most of the associates are very polite and always ready to assist you in finding merchandise or assisting you on your mobile app for more savings. The only complaint I have noticed with this location is the lack of carts. These shopping carts are very outdated and wobbly. The only ones available to customers are the ones with the baby seats. The Battlefield store have the nice gray carts and are very sturdy for whatever you have to place in them. Please update the Suffolk VA store to go along with the update of the cosmetics department and beautiful staff.

Had a great experience. The cashier was very friendly. The store is exceptionally clean, organized and spacious. The cashier offered numerous opportunities for me to save even more money than the deep discounts I already found. Overall great experience!

Eli the manager of Kohl's in Suffolk is the most friendly and courteous person I have seen in a long time. I look forward to going to Kohl's and seeing him. He is awesome!!!!
