Lowe's Home Improvement is a go-to destination for all your home improvement needs in Suffolk, VA. The local Lowe's offers a wide variety of gardening supplies, appliances, paint colors, and patio furniture to cater to your home improvement projects. The staff is known for their exceptional customer service, with helpful and knowledgeable associates like Rae and Carolina, who ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. However, the store can get quite busy, especially on weekends, leading to long lines and potential understaffing. While the store is well-organized, some customers have expressed discomfort with the presence of salespeople aggressively promoting additional products upon entry. Overall, Lowe's Home Improvement is a reliable choice for your home improvement needs, providing a diverse range of products and attentive customer support.
I had an “exceptional” experience with Mr. Wade at Lowe’s today. He was recommended by another associate which tells me that he is the expert in the store. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to shopping at this location again if other associates are like him!

I went in on 02/10/2026 before Lowe’s was closing for the night and Mr. David walked me through all of the blind options and provided valuable information on the benefits of each blind/brand. Thank you tremendously for your amazing customer service, definitely 10/10. Please recognized this man for his amazing work.
