“I have been with Kroger Pharmacy on University for years. I changed health insurance plans for 2025 and Kroger is not in their network?. I'm hating this. Kroger always have my medications at decent prices, always on time, and the people are nice. I'm not happy with leaving them to go somewhere. ???. Had I known I would have never chosen this new insurance. I will miss your services.”

“As far as Walgreens go it's decent because it's bigger and spread out in a little bit roomier but they don't have quite as much of a variety of products and things that they could have with that size of the store so it's a little frustrating”
“Ordered a prescription for Monday morning , when I had a Prescription pick up that morning. The Pharmacist was very kind to fill my prescription within 30 minutes (pharmacy opened only at 9AM) so I could pick up both prescriptions at 9 30 AM. Thank you for prompt and kind service so I did not have to wait till Tuesday at senior hour for the medication.”

“Came here for passport photos with the family. Quick easy process. Staff is friendly and it is a typical drugstore. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because their website advertises a coupon for passport photos through Oct 22nd however instead of checking the associate just says she can't do it. Doesn't look at the coupon or attempt to find a way. The coupon says in store only and says to present code to photo associate. Nonetheless it doesn't stop me from completing the task I came to do but some training needs to happen somewhere. I'll still be back whenever I need to grab items.”

“This location is responsible for an unbelievable number of patients, so, please expect a wait to pick up your meds (is there a magical pharmacy somewhere which has immediate service for every person who walk through the door?) The staff is always working and running in the back. I have received more correctly reliable information letting me know when my rx's are ready for pickup at this location than I have at other locations. Sometimes, I can tell that the employees have been working non-stop and have heard them get multiple earfuls of anger from patients over things they have apsolutely no control over, and they still try to help or just take the abuse. They can be a little frosty at times (which I've experienced at every pharmacy at one point or another), but I've never heard them be outright rude. Again, I've seen them take plenty of it in the other direction. Understand that you will wait and have patience. If you are upset and it's not their fault, take your anger to the appropriate party and if it is the pharmacy's fault, please let them know and give them the opportunity to correct. Thanks guys, for always trying to help me each time I come in (multiple times a month). It's appreciated!”

“Earlier this week, I had to transfer my medication records from Rite Aid on N. Main St., which closed its doors. Not only did the Walmart on N. Main St do this painlessly,, but they quickly refilled nine of my meds without any trouble despite them gaining a flood of new customers from Rite Aid. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The Walmart pharmacy website is very informative and useful. Rite Aid had a lot of problems and I'm happy to know that Walmart doesn't have these issues.”
