“Third or fourth time I've dealt with Angelo the team lead for pick ups and he always goes above and beyond to make sure things are correct. Harris Teeter has a way of finding great employees to go along with their wonderful stores. I'm a career chef who has been hampered by a broken leg and a severe ankle injury and cant work in the fast pace environments anymore, so needless to say good food and service is paramount to me. I'm confident this young man would not let you leave without knowing everything is on the up and up if something had upset you. Great Asset, great team, great store.”

Even on a Holiday early evening, their deli is open and staffed with the nicest man. I wish I got his name as he was polite and didn't mind cutting my mozzarella cheese so thin you could have read through it! He worked Easter Sunday between 5 & 6 PM. If the management at HT on Ferrell reads this, then give that man some praise, he deserves it!”
“I've just started making HT party of my normal shopping routine. Their selection is deep, in really impressed. The service has been very good, still getting the hang of the cart on one side walk around the cashier dance but every check out person has been very pleasant. The self checkout is pretty quick too. The store is clean, the parking is good and the spaces aren't tiny.”

“These stars are directed towards the bakery department.(I think, from what I saw on her name tag) Kira, who might have been the bakery department manager was so kind, helpful, compassionate and accommodating. I noticed all the 30 count cupcakes were all white icing with light sprinkles and was hoping for more colorful options like they typically offer. She explained the current available in store options (not special ordered) and most likely saw the huge disappointment on my face. She offered to decorate a set with color, which was done expeditiously. I was absolutely thrilled and touched that she took the time to accommodate me, which was not demanded nor expected. She saw the opportunity to brighten a customer's day and she most definitely did! Kira, is an individual that a business should be very proud and honored to have. She exemplifies how excellent customer service should look. She listened, explained, understood me and made me feel seen and valued as a customer. I truly do appreciate her kindness and time and am very thankful & grateful. :-)Her willingness to help did not go unnoticed. “My experience at this food lion is one to be remembered, I received a ton of help and an employee named Ashton I think was very patient and very kind. Hands down the best and only Food Lion I will be shopping at from now on. The quality was standout and the salad bar was better than some restaurants. Usually i do not go to food lions because they are poorly ran but this one is different and it will have my service for years to come.”

“Being from the birthplace of Kroger (Cincinnati) I’m so glad there is one here that I can shop regularly at! Lashanda is the BEST, always friendly, and always encouraging everyone she talks to. I love coming here and seeing her. I also love the kid with long dark hair and glasses who is always restocking stuff - no matter what this kid always asks me if I need anything. Such a sweetheart. Employees are quick to assist at self checkout. My only qualm is that the new geo-locating technology on the carts malfunction 9/10 times when I am halfway to my car in the middle of their parking lot. I have even had to stop an elderly lady from trying to pick up her cart and hurt herself. I’d love to see some initiative in leadership to get this fixed. I’ve called a few times to let them know it’s a problem, but I don’t know if they are doing anything. Anyways, long live Kroger!”

“Update: updated my review, I've been back numerous times, it seems they fixed all of the issues I personally experienced
They're fast and efficient, but only the main pharmacist - I suppose the doctor of pharmacy on staff - and one other pharmacist are pleasant and helpful. Everyone else ranges from curt to dismissive.
If one uses the CVS app to message this pharmacy they don't even bother providing an actual response to one's question. Rather, they merely acknowledge the message without an answer - I suppose just to clear their queue.
Good pharmacy but there's definitely room for improvement.”
“So we usually don't go to this Harris Teeter but my wife wanted a fruit tart and for some reason this is the only teeter out of the 3 around us that has them. It's the furthest but she was in the hospital and wanted one so we dropped by and got one. So we unfortunately had a bad experience at the desert counter and the lady behind the counter did some questionable things that my wife and I didn't say anything directly to but was grossed out. So we went up to customer service and the Supervisor? Erika I believe her name was helped us and she was terrific. She understood and went and got us a new one. She said she would talk to the food manager, not sure if she did or not but the interaction with her was awesome. If it wasn't for her this rating would be a 1. Thank you Erika if you see this for helping my wife and I!.”
“Surprised I had not written a review for this Walmart Pharmacy on Lynnhaven Parkway that I used to be a super regular at.
My most recent visit I needed a few over the counter items and dropped off old medications to dispose of in their bin. I also utilized the health machine for BP.
Good visit, but no interaction with pharmacy as I checked out in front. No interaction with staff. However, they now video customers in the aisle due to the area being high theft.
No reason to rush back as this location is not close from to my home, but I do recommend.”

“I regularly visit Kroger Shore Drive and overall I highly recommend it. The store offers an impressive variety of products and consistently good quality across all departments. You can really find everything here—from fresh flowers and bakery items to fruit, beach accessories, and even Chick’s Beach hoodies and t-shirts, which is a nice local touch.
The produce section is well-stocked, and while the quality is excellent, some items—especially organic fruit—can be a bit more expensive compared to other stores. In general, this Kroger isn’t the cheapest option, especially when compared to places like Aldi or Lidl, but the quality and selection definitely make up for it.
The store is open almost all day until late evening, which is very convenient. There’s plenty of parking available, including accessible parking for people with disabilities, and there’s also a gas station on-site. Being located near Chick’s Beach, the area is well-lit and feels safe at all times.
Overall, if you’re looking for variety, quality, and convenience in one place, this is a great choice—even if prices are slightly higher than average”
“This Walgreens always come for me in the clutch when I'm down here on the strip. Never met a unfriendly employee and they keep the spot clean, stocked, and DON'T BE BANGING PEOPLE IN THE HEAD just bc they at the oceanfront.”

“The salad bar is pretty ok. Doesn't blow you out the water, but ok. They have different dressings you might wanna give a try, but other than that, the salad was worth the price; $8.95/lb, I believe”
