“We originally selected them because our first choice fell through. We are so thankful that it happened. They have been nothing but amazing. They also handled the COVID situation as well as was possible. Our first baby that we took here had allergies and some skins issues. They worked with us to make it a safe and comfortable place for him. He is never upset to go to "school". Our newest started a couple of months ago and they are taking care of her just as well.”

“Great daycare would be misleading. Although it is is fantastic, it is much more than a daycare. All 3 of my youngest children have at one time or another, gone to this establishment. They are kind, nurturing, and do a wonderful job keeping parents informed. The kids do not just run around and play all day. While they do get ample time for recess and social interaction with their peers, they also learn the basics of reading, writing, and math as age appropriate. Quality Time has been a wonderful part of my children's early childhood development. You would be remiss to pass this place up for any other.”

“I’ve been very happy with my child’s experience at Children’s Harbor. The teachers and staff genuinely care about the kids, and it shows in the way they interact with them daily.

I’ve noticed a lot of negative reviews, but I think it’s important to direct any concerns about tuition to corporate rather than blaming one specific center. The reality is that childcare as an industry is already struggling with staffing and fair wages, so let’s give these hardworking teachers a little grace.

You get what you give—if you take the time to build relationships with the staff and treat them like human beings, you’ll find that they are much more receptive and willing to work with you. If you constantly nitpick and complain about minor issues, it’s only natural that the response may not always be what you want.

It’s also important to remember that these teachers and staff spend more time with our kids during the week than we do. They play a huge role in our children’s development, and they deserve respect and appreciation for the care they provide.

Anytime I’ve had a concern, I never reacted impulsively. Instead, I approached the teacher or director for a face-to-face, respectful conversation, and more often than not, things were resolved quickly and amicably. Communication goes a long way, and I’ve always felt heard here.

I’ve recommended this center to many parents and will continue to do so. If you want a positive experience, take the time to engage with the staff and appreciate the hard work they put into caring for our children every day.”

“My daughter has gone here for the last two years. For a public school, I have to say, I'm really impressed. You can tell the teachers and staff really care about the kids. The facility is clean, and my daughter always comes home having learned something. The playground equipment is OLD, but still in working order. The bus routes and arrival times are a little unpredictable, bit since I have no idea what goes into making a bus route, I feel unprepared to criticize them on this point. Bottom line: one of the best elementary schools in the area.”
