They were courteous……. But gave me wrong information. I was told by Verizon store that they could not return my old phone that I had to take it to UPS !!!! Wrong thru should have taken the phone. It took online Verizon 3 hrs to finally get a code to scan for return of phone! What a unnecessary hassle for a customer for many years

Ashley is an absolute jewel! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of the confusion and misinformation that we had receive during the process of trying to complete a trade-in, upgrade, etc. with multiple phones. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, spoke directly to customer care, and ensured the account was accurately notated for everything completed. We definitely got her business card to follow her to any Verizon store she’s working at! Thanks again Ashley for making my kids feel better with this phone dilemma.

This review is for Montez. My daughters IPhone 15 Plus stopped working and connecting completely and Montez went above and beyond our expectations to help fix our issue. He made sure that our issue was resolved and gave us all of the information we needed before we left the Verizon store. This is the kind of customer service we wish we had every where we go. I hope that Montez is always here to help when we need it. Thank you so much for the best customer service and for being so profesional and understanding. I hope that Montez gets recognition because he definitely deserves it.

Horrible location asked the representative for assistance with an account and he only told me to call tech support because that's what they would do do not waste your time and money at this location

Horrible experience. Stood there for 30 minutes, woman with red hair just looked at me and ignored me. Never said a word to me. Really strongly do not recommend. Waste of time.

Everybody in this store is a liar, down to the manager Alexa Speller! I added internet to a third business location with two routers. The manager CHANGED my plan without notice OR consent on ALL of my locations from 100 to 200mbps. I was charged over $624 dollars when my bill is normally $250. Went back up to the Verizon Store and I was told I would receive a credit, but now no one knows what I'm talking about. I will be cancelling services IMMEDIATELY!

I very rarely will post a negative review, but I left Verizon Wireless two years ago due to poor customer service. An employee convinced me to come back and try again. It's unbelievable to me the lack of care this company has for their customer accounts. They all blame each other for problems and claim that billing issues are "out of their hands". Why do you have a store that people can walk into if you can't do anything but sell them devices there? Even the "manager" tells you to call customer service to address account issues. Highly NOT recommended.

Was in day after Christmas for an appointment. Store was so busy and the associate who helped us, Killiney, was outstanding! She helped about 4 customers at the same time, remaining patient and kind. Store was short staffed and she handled it with grace and professionalism.

Since when has a cell phone store become a place you have to have an appointment to even talk to someone? 3 employees in the store, not one even welcomed or said someone will be with you.
