Shante went above and beyond to assist with my new phone. My old phone's screen died so I was not going to be able to transfer over my old info, but he connected a mouse to my phone and made the data transfer happen. I didn't even know connecting a mouse to a phone was possible! Genius idea. Thank you for all of your help!

Shout Out to Jordan at the N Main St Verizon! He was SO VERY helpful in fixing our error in transferring data to a new phone, from an old phone. After hours of frustration, I drove up there as a last resort, and Jordan saved the day!!
