The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a wait time no matter what time I came but once it's your turn to be assisted you understand why there's a wait, the associates are very hands on and attentive and made sure i was happy. I didn't intend to spend any money but I knew I would b offered something and I was mad at it at all, the sales pitch wasn't pushy or anything and a great deal was worked out and I left with a new free phone, which I needed anyway

Atrocious customer support. The other negative reviews are accurate. My review won’t change until management takes a harder look at how their staff ignore some customers while helping others without any means of a process for who is where in line for help or simply picking an item up.

Great customer service BUT it is HOT as Hell in there. They have numerous fans going in there fans around the desk for the employees but they should not be working in those conditions!!!! Verizon What are you guys going to do to help your employees in this heat It is 100° today which means that it's 100 plus inside of the Verizon!!!!!! Figure it out get those employees a raise, also give those employees something cold to drink continuously hydrate them!!!! It's ridiculous to have industrial fans and a bunch of little fans and it's still that hot in there!!!!

I was at the harbourview Verizon I was talking to the manager she is so rude up notches person to be working in public all of them don’t speak may I help u or nothing or somebody will help soon they is so rude worst store I’ve ever seen they need some public help of working in the public and that manager is just nasty I will never recommend nobody there

This store needs a lesson and training on customer service! When you come in the door nobody greets you? And then you stand around waiting for assistance. I waited over 20 minutes before approaching a rep who all of a sudden started helping customers coming in the door. That ranks me 6th in line according to their text? I only wanted a cover for my phone, not a phone or plan? After wasting another 20 minutes I decided to leave and find my phone cover elsewhere. After over 20 years with Verizon, I plan on contacting Consumer Cellular which is half the price I pay at Verizon. The customer service here is a joke!

Brianna (sp) was amazing from start to finish. She was very very helpful. I had a very bad experience at another location and was ready to cancel my service. She made everything perfect and right.

On second visit on same issue, a staff member went in the back to get manager, came back said sorry he left for lunch. I went to my car made a call, the manager walked out and went to his car.... lieing ass non helping corporate store... Over 20 yrs with verizon.. no more

I ordered a new IPAD , it was Never delivered (Proof from FedEx) after a month of no contact With Verizon I went into the store where I originally purchased it for a refund of the $590 I paid and Rene who can’t make Eye contact with customers called me a liar and kicked me out of the store

Thank you, Debbie!! She provided excellent service in a very timely manner. The store was packed with a long wait, but the team did a great job checking in new arrivals and providing an estimated wait time.
She also solved a SIM issue in about 10 minutes that another store couldn't in over an hour.
If I need anything I will be back to this store. And I'll make an online appointment. ?
If you need something it's worth the wait!

Regan was great at helping keep the new process for myself simple. I watched her multitask, while my new device updated and then the transfer. Regan was professional and gave help to multiple other employees and customers . The vibe of this location was wonderful comparing to other Verizon’s I have visited. Marcus was also a pleasure to work with he helped me with moving my two lines from another account. They were all efficient and polite to all guests and didn’t make you feel like they were pushing products. They presented all options for informed decision. A wonderful experience to say the least.
