Made an appt online for my mother, arrived early. Staff was very courteous. Nykey is the young gentleman who helped us. Very helpful, knowledgeable AND VERY PATIENT WITH MY ANXIOUS 83 YEAR YEAR OLD MOTHER! And I mean very patient. Smooth phone transfer. Highly recommend.

Long waiting time forassociate, did not help set up or go over re stocking fee. I was just handed my new phone without any kind of set up or advice. I wanted to take two lines off account, didn't happen 😕
