“So, from start to finish best customer service. Everyone was kind and respectful. I asked a couple of questions and they were very trustworthy. If you need anything done, please go here. All I needed was an alignment done. I expected to pay a high price but was stunned when they told me how cheap it was. They are also very respectful towards your dog. They love animals from the experience I had. I’ve been to mechanics in my life but none were respectful and nice like Marion alignment. Also, they know how to respect your vehicle while driving it. Some mechanics are rough but not Marion Alignment.”

“This last Friday I was headed south on 81 when I hit metal road debris that I couldn’t swerve to miss in time. I knew from the sound of it my tire was hurt bad and sure enough it was rapidly loosing pressure. I managed to limp along to Car Care Center before it was fully flat. Brian took a look at it and showed me the tire was split and wasn’t safe to try to patch or plug. $30.00 to put my spare on was beyond a fair and honest price and I am so grateful for Brian’s help. You could have twisted my arm and asked for whatever you wanted - but you didn’t and that meant a lot to me. Thank you for running an honest business and helping me get back on the road quickly. “We are here on vacation from Pa and are towing our camper and had a tire on our truck loosing air. We dropped our camper and stopped at Paul's to have him look at it. His grandson and him lifted truck checked everything and found a valve stem loose added air and checked for any thing in tire. No charge, when you are on the road you worry places will take advantage of you but Paul was a great upstanding guy and we enjoyed our conversation after he repaired the tire.
