“Great service! A week ago, a deer hit me broadside, tore off drivers’ side rear fender well plastic piece on my 2012 Nissan Juke. Damage wasn’t too bad, but I didn't want to file a claim w/ insurance. I live near Claremont and have driven by Terry’s many times. On a whim (no appointment) I drove up at 0800 JAN 13 hoping for the best. Donnie looked at it, he said he could fix it, I asked for an estimate, he said probably under $50. I had to get back to work so he told me to bring it back at 0800 the next day, no issue for me. 14 JAN I drove it into the bay, Donnie made new connecting tabs & clips, put the plastic piece back on, no issues- it only took 15 mins. When I went to pay him, he said no charge, but I couldn't let that stand so I gave him $50- probably would have been x2 times increase in premiums and at minimum I would have had to pay my deductible.
