“Brought my car in as it was having trouble starting up. Josh and team were quick and professional. Replaced ignition switch and troubleshooted the issue but were unable to fix. They refused my payment since they hadn't been able to fix the issue. I appreciate the integrity and recommend them for their excellent professionalism.”

“I had a headlight that went out and it was a young man there who didn't know much. He was new I guess but he never gave up and I was going to another store but he convinced me to keep trying and we found the part at his store at the lower price. I'm thankful for the hard work and dedication to customers for this store”

“I brought my car to Ebby’s after it picked up a long scrape across an exterior surface. One of their team members came outside, carefully inspected it, and was able to remove a significant portion of the visible mark. He was honest that the remaining damage would need to be handled by a specialist and gave me a referral rather than trying to sell me work they weren’t equipped to perform. When I asked what I owed, he said there was no charge and simply asked me to leave a review. That level of honesty, helpfulness, and generosity deserves recognition. I would absolutely recommend Ebby’s to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy service.”

As an new Audi owner I knew I had to ask for help and thankfully Matty at the front desk was so helpful in helping me find the right oil and showing me the ropes on how to add oil and properly maintain my Audi! I’m super thankful for his assistance, knowledge and understanding! Definitely a great experience!”

“I was in the market for a new Honda, and knew the exact car/spec I was looking for. I spoke with three other dealerships prior to calling Williamsburg. Priority Honda in Chesapeake quoted $2500 over sticker. Hall Honda quoted $5000 over sticker. Casey Honda didn't return multiple calls. Williamsburg quoted me sticker price with no additional gotcha costs within minutes. Kylie followed up with an itemized quote texted to me. BTW, their processing fee is $300 less than the dealers mentioned earlier. Kylie had the car clean and all paperwork in order when I arrived. I delayed the process by adding a trade to the deal. This only added 15 minutes. I didn't initially intend to trade a vehicle. I brought it to test the waters. Williamsburg offered me the top end of Kelly Blue Book. I took the offer. I will absolutely give Honda Williamsburg first swing at the pitch for my next car purchase despite the hour drive from my house.”

“I have to start with the expectational customer service at Bruce’s. Wow, they completely make the process for auto body work smooth and they’ve got it streamlined. The facility is clean, organized and welcoming to customers. The office manager handled my entire estimate and even coordinated with my rental car company so they’d bring me my vehicle. These small acts of kindness when having to get your car repaired just makes the process a little less painless.”

“Amber is extremely helpful!!! She helped me find and install the right wiper blades I needed. I mentioned I recently moved here from a state that doesn’t get any snow and she provided me advice on tools to have handy before winter. She also gave me a lot of tips which I really appreciated! When I was changing a small light on my car she checked in to see how it was going and helped me problem solve how to get the small light out of the socket. She thought of several different options I could try when I was stuck and I was finally able to get it out without breaking the bulb using a rubber band! I’ll definitely come back to this AutoZone for now on. Thanks again for all of the help this evening, Amber!!”

“Highly recommended because you can get parts, oil change, & labour done there~ all for reasonable prices,..plus I can shop while I’m waiting for the job to be completed.😛 I got my 4 all weather tires, 4 sensors for my tires, plus battery for my GMC, and labour done at this Walmart for close to $1000.00 If you purchase your battery at Walmart-it’s free to install it. They also have a small waiting area with tv. You can call in to get an estimate (at least you have an idea of the cost before you go). You can make an appointment over the phone, or on the Walmart app.”
