“I got to say that I'm absolutely surprised and thankful for Brian. I called around a few different shops and ultimately I spoke with him because my mother-in-law was broke down traveling through the state. He was able to go tow her truck over to his shop immediately, and within about 30 minutes had the truck ready to go and even fixed her AC. While it might not have been the most complicated repair, it was definitely the most important repair to us. Not only that, but when my mother-in-law called to say that she was good, he didn't even try charging her. Definitely a business owner who understands that things happen at the worst times. “Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”
“Wonderful experience here today with 2 of my vehicles. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. “They saved the day!!! And we couldn’t be more grateful!! We got stuck in a snow storm on a road trip from Florida and our windshield wiper fluid was frozen, so our windshield continued to get harder and harder to see out of. After stoping twice along our route to try to fix it ourselves with no avail, we called them (in somewhat of a panic) and they took us in immediately, got us unfrozen, and safe to be on the road again for the rest of our 5+ hour trip.
They were so gracious to let us in and fix us up so quickly (only took them a few minutes). When I tried to pay, he encouraged us to donate it to charity instead. They were all so sweet. These are genuinely honest and kind folks. I wish we lived closer so I could use them next time I need them. Definitely go see them!! I’d give them a million stars, if google would let me. (:”

“5 star service and prices!! Had to get 2 new tires for my truck in the middle of the week. Hershey had my tires in the next day, got them installed and my truck was ready to go!
Couldn’t be more pleased.
Also, they went the extra mile to give advice on an odd ticking noise my truck was making. It ended up being something super simple, and they fixed it on the spot. That right there shows you can trust this business.
Chad up front was great to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable. Also Stan found and fixed the ticking issue so hats off to Stan as well.
