“This summer I was visiting Staunton and had an unexpected slow leak in my tire. It was near end of business time, and other shops didn’t answer my call. NTB answered and encouraged me to come right away. I made it before closing and they agreed to fix it on the spot. While I was waiting, another customer called in with an emergency, and I heard the front desk guy talk to the tech and they agreed to stay open for that customer too. It was extremely generous of them and definitely felt like friendly small-town service. Thank you!”

“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”

“Highly recommend! We are from out of town & our car broke down late Friday afternoon. Called many places who could not fit us in before they closed for the weekend, but Miller’s told us that although they were busy, to bring the car and they would try to fix it. They were so friendly and accommodating and fixed the car by Friday evening. We could not be more grateful to them for relieving the stress of having a broken down car in an unfamiliar area. We will be home by Saturday night all thanks to them!”
“Wonderful experience here today with 2 of my vehicles. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. These two brothers who work 2gether to keep the residents of Staunton up and running, are so friendly, kind and patient in their dealings with customers. And HONEST too. Not once have I felt uncomfortable, out of place or shy about being their. They really put you at ease and are not intimidating, all of which is very important to me as a woman. Also, they went the extra mile to give advice on an odd ticking noise my truck was making. It ended up being something super simple, and they fixed it on the spot. That right there shows you can trust this business.
