“I got to say that I'm absolutely surprised and thankful for Brian. I called around a few different shops and ultimately I spoke with him because my mother-in-law was broke down traveling through the state. He was able to go tow her truck over to his shop immediately, and within about 30 minutes had the truck ready to go and even fixed her AC. While it might not have been the most complicated repair, it was definitely the most important repair to us. Not only that, but when my mother-in-law called to say that she was good, he didn't even try charging her. Definitely a business owner who understands that things happen at the worst times. “I've been taking my older V70 to them for a few years now. This shop has a family feel and you are treated with respect. Ron is their main Volvo tech and he is amazing...my car is close to 200K and runs like a top! They have a neat waiting space and there's always cool sports cars and sedans on the lot. Highly recommend!”
“The passenger front window in my 2007 vehicle was shattered by a rock. I called the dealer and they told me they could get the glass in about a week and replace it, but the combined parts and labor hovered around $900. To the dealers credit he suggested taking it somewhere else. Augusta Glass was recommended to me and when I called them on a Tuesday they said they could do it the next morning, parts and labor $280. I brought it in and they were finished in about an hour. Excellent job and friendly to boot!”
“Wonderful experience here today with 2 of my vehicles. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. “While RVing from Florida up to Pennsylvania our engine light came on in our EKKO FordTransit. Nervous, we stopped by 2 Ford dealers and they did not help us. Brian and the people here diagnosed our issue right away, had to order a part. Because it wasn't a emergency we stopped by a few days later on our way back, got us in early and we were on our way. Super customer service during an anxious time on the road. They cared!!!!!”

“My friend's car has been having a scary shudder. We went there for them to see if the transmission set any codes. I thought they'd only test it quick at idle, but they drove it too to get the live codes! There were no codes, thankfully! They did all that and didn't charge anything! And they're really nice people on top! It's nice to find an honest shop, especially one with this specialty! You can be assured if they tell you something's wrong, it is, and if they say nothing's wrong, likewise! I did a fluid change on her car with some extra TLC additives and I think it will end the shudder. It hadn't been changed in about 5 years and it was surely worn out. 😊”
“Broke my driveshaft on Sunday afternoon on I81 near Staunton. Started calling around and these guys answered, recommended a tow truck and worked really hard to get me back on the road asap. I have an F550 and these guys work on big trucks, medium like mine and others...lots of emergency vehicles. I was super happy to have experienced folks fixing it and not just a chain tire shop. Can't say enough how much I appreciate their help.”
