“SVD was wonderful to work with when we were traveling and our Ram truck had the dreaded hard fault DEF system error where it shuts you down. We were able to limp to the shop and rented a car from Enterprise (also very good to work with) who picked us up. SVD diagnosed the exact problem, sourced a part quickly and finished ahead of estimated time. They were very fair in the pricing and did not try to gouge someone traveling and in a tight spot. I believe they work on all cars and trucks, not just diesel. I would go back there in a heartbeat!”

“Wonderful experience here today with 2 of my vehicles. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. “Mike’s Transmission in Stuarts Draft is great! Took our Jeep Liberty to our regular mechanic because the transmission was slipping when accelerating hard. Our mechanic recommended Mike’s and thought we needed a new transmission or a rebuild at a cost of $4,000-$5,000. Dropped the Jeep off at Mike’s for them to evaluate it. They test drove it and said they thought a transmission fluid flush and clean would fix the problem. Gave them to go ahead and picked the Jeep up at the end of the day. Ran great and no slipping or other issues for under $200. It’s nice to know they’re still honest people out there that fix the problem and are not just trying to make as much money as possible. We were very grateful to Mike and I would highly recommend.”

“I stopped in Charlie Obaugh Kia to check out a new Telluride. They did not have any in stock but I talked with Garrett Simmons, sales associate. He let me look at his car as well as the managers and walked around both cars showing me all the bells and whistles. He let me know the next day that a brand new 2024 Telluride just came in. We went over and purchased the car that same day. Garrett was so knowledgeable about the Kia brands. He took his time explaining all the bells and whistles and setting up the car to fit my perfectly.
