“After a rock shattered my windshield, the staff at Plains welcomed my family to their waiting room, then spent an hour finding and scheduling next day service for my car. Then, they vacuumed the glass out of my car - all free of charge and with incredible kindness. My family was a bit frazzled from this incident, but Plains supported us with a service they don't even provide. Incredible. Thank you so much for the goodwill. We hope to pay it forward.”

“I can't recommend Bull Run 4x4 enough! From the very first conversation, they were honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the correct E-Bike. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through everything I needed to know and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Their customer service was outstanding and went above and beyond! If you're looking for great people who stand behind what they sell, this is the place to go! Thanks again!”

“Fantastic service and reliable staff. I bought a used Mercedes with practically no maintenance done to it, so you can guess the state of affairs on the vehicle. EuroService did a fantastic job getting it back to normal.”

“I was very pleased from our original contact from Kirk. He got back to me right away and answered all of my questions we made an appointment with him and along with his assistant Shelby, who was just wonderful to work with we made a deal. We also worked with JC and financing And he was awesome too. Overall, our experience with Country Chevrolet was a great one and I love my new truck. “Customer service was outstanding from the start. Asked for a diagnosis on transmission. It was quickly identified that same morning and they were able to take me in the next business day! Work was completed just 2 days later. Was great being able to go to a local shop. Work was performed at a good price. It is performing perfectly over the past couple of months. Highly recommend using them.”

“Excellent experience. I needed transmission replacement. I shopped around. I wanted to work with Doc Auto anyway because of previous great service. Turned out Docs quote was lowest anyway. Gave me a loaner car. Kept me updated. Did great job. This shop definitely is my place for car needs. Highly recommend.”

“Aaron was a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable, timely, easy to communicate with, and better pricing than the shops and dealership. Add in that he comes to your house to do the job so you don’t have to drop off your car anywhere. I found his business online and would honestly recommend to everyone. Happy to share my experience and will definitely be using this business again!”

“HONEST SHOP!! Brought my 2020 GLB in for A8 service interval. Generally this can be a $1500 service bill if everything on the Mercedes check list for A8 is completed. Shop said they will inspect all the items for this service interval and let me know what is actually needed. Got the call and everything on the check list was good and the only service needed at this time was an oil change. Suggested to revisit the list in 10k miles. I was charge $162 for the check up plus an oil change left very happy with a $242 bill instead of the $1500 potential bill.”

“This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Warrenton Toyota is not my local dealership, I chose to come here because they were the only dealership that I could find that had the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an internet inquiry and Matt responded quickly. He confirmed the vehicle details and we arranged a meeting for the next day. I arrived a little early, Matt greeted me immediately. He already had the vehicle pulled up ready for me to test drive. I probably should have negotiated, but they had the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price, so we quickly agreed to terms. Anil in finance was great! No pressure, he took the time to answer all my questions and did not badger me to buy additional products. My whole buying experience was about two hours total. I love my new Corolla Cross, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience!”

“We've used Rick's for a few different jobs over the years. What I've appreciated most is the thoroughness of their process. There is plenty of communication sharing estimates, photographs, and status of the work, and they work hard to get you repaired or replaced parts at reasonable prices. I've seen how they work with different insurance companies and while each underwriter may have slightly different rules on what is and isn't covered in an estimate, in the final analysis Rick's will ensure the right things are done to get your job completed to a high standard. Ultimately getting your car fixed after a big or small bump is never fun, but Rick's takes the sting out of the experience that could easily become painful with the right level of care.”

“Very nice. They Somewhat got alittle irrated when i asked questions. Big investment and wanted to get it right. No harm in that. Online posting wasnt correct. I felt that was wrong. Even contacted another dealership of theirs and it was the same way. It stated the car had things when it didnt. They said they had to look at buyers guide. Which you dont have acceas to. But overall ok. They Really didnt have time to show me everything about the car. That was alittle irratating. Look at the book they said.”

“Amazing people and amazing service! I filled out a questionnaire on the general Jiffy Lube website and had questions but no one replied at all. Typical of big corporations I suppose. Then I called the local JL and they answered all of my questions and were very helpful. Thank you Warrenton Jiffy Lube.”

“Haymarket Motors has always been helpful and friendly. They are honest and always willing to help. I had a problem with what I thought was a seized motor. I asked for their estimate to replace the motor, and they shared some trouble shooting idea's that resulting in my replacing the Alternator (that had seized). They undoubtedly saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you Mike!”

“Charlie is fantastic to work with! He noticed I was having car trouble and reached out directly to help. He diagnosed the issue in about 20 seconds and gave me a straightforward easy solution to fix it myself. Not being very car savvy, I engaged his help in replacing my battery after giving my car an immediate jump to get me through the night. competitive pricing and immense professionalism. I cannot imagine doing business with a different mechanic ever again.Service: Battery”

“The first service on my new Corvette was a good experience. The service was scheduled for my convenience. My service writer was professional and polite. The work performed was completed on time and I received a personal call to inform me my Corvette was ready. Upon receipt I noticed my service intervals were reset per work performed and the interior was as clean as I left it. I give the dealership, service writer and mechanic an A+++ rating. - Joe”

He took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. His pricing was very fair, and he was punctual and reliable throughout the entire process. “Have to knock them down 1 b/c they don't participate in Carfax. I think Manassas is same owner and they also don't participate. I have to add the services manually and use/like Carfax to both track my own maintenance but evaluate used cars that I'm considering to make sure they were maintained.”
