I called and got in the same day and got my lock on my door checked out that was getting jammed up and not working properly by the owner. He was very honest with me on trying to fix the issue and didn’t try to get over on me with telling me something was wrong with it that wasn’t and helped me fix the issue in the most affordable way he could to help me. “We live out-of-state and got an alert between Fredericksburg and Warrenton on our right back tire with half the air gone. My husband had packed the inflator, but we got the alert again as we neared Warrenton. It was mid-afternoon and we knew we had to find a tire place fast. My car has 10K miles on it. The first place we got to was Advanced Automotive on Industrial Rd who immediately took the car back on the risers and found a large staple in the side of the tire. He advised us we needed to get a replacement as it was not feasible to have it patched because of the staple's location. He referred us to NTB & Warrenton Tire & Auto. He thought we would have better luck at NTB, but that Warrenton Tire & Auto was on the way. Warrenton Tire & Auto told us what we needed was on backorder. We went on to NTB who found a comparable Goodyear tire and worked us in as an emergency. We appreciated the guys at Advanced Automotive for troubleshooting the problem and assisting us with finding someone in the area.”
