“After moving to the area 7 years ago this 7-11 has been my go to for snacks, refreshments ect regularly since it only 2 miles away. But the most important thing is the staff. I’ve been to so many 7-11’s and I must say the crew here is just wonderful. Always smiling and just plain being courteous! Kudos to management and staff!!”

“I went in about a week ago and while checking out I dropped the contents of my entire wallet out on the floor. A kind 711 employee helped me pick up what I had dropped, and I was on my way. I get a Facebook message to find out if I was the one who lost my id and sscs etc. I checked my wallet and low and behold I had! The kind 711 employee named China so kindly went out of her way to contact me to reunite me with what I had lost. Her assistant manager Melinda asked her to find me that it was very important! I very much appreciate both of them and their efforts of going above and beyond also being honest! Hard to find that these days I feel! Thank you again China and Melinda!”
“Let me start with saying I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, he went in for a simple upgrade and was smooth talked into some promotional bundle ordeal…well this is when the nightmare begin..the manager who sold him this deal failed to provide important key information in regards to this promotion, and he went through several loop holes including having to pay additional money and basically had to paid TWO times which is still an ongoing issue to be addressed, however aside from that as we are taking that into higher hands and consideration I want to say the two staff members that helped Ariana and Natalie were phenomenal, very kind, incredibly helpful, generous, sympathetic and offered and did everything they could to alleviate this issue, they both actually de-escalated both a disgruntled husband and wife as my husband was ready to cancel not only the promotion but the entire T mobile account and join my carrier (I have At&T) I want to give the biggest thank you and standing ovation to both Ariana and Natalie as they were truly nothing but outstanding and they both deserve recognition and respect for their service and dedication to helping resolve the issue. Thank you so so much Ariana and Natalie for all of your amazing help tonight!!”

“I have seen negative reviews about this particular location concerning the rudeness of the staff. Quite frankly I frequent this location weekly just for the fact of their kindness. They treat me like a best friend. So if you have an issue I suggest you lead with your best foot forward. Respect is earned not given.
The only thing I've seen them do several times and they really should stop this practice. Is if you have small amounts of change due back they give you a banana. The reactions are not good.
Other than they banana debacle I see no issues.”
