“I've been using this place for oil changes for about a year now. Employees are pretty friendly especially Weldon. He's soft spoken but very nice. Sometimes my vehicle is ready before the estimated time frame and sometimes it's a little later but not by much.
I haven't gotten tires from here yet but I would definitely consider it. The only thing I don't like about Walmart/Sam's Club Auto Care Centers is that don't do wheel alignments.
Two tips for anyone considering using this place for their vehicle:
1) Make an appointment IN STORE/IN PERSON or over the phone. Apparently you can schedule online but the same thing applies here that applied at an NTB in my hometown: the online system doesn't know how many other appointments were already scheduled that day or time frame. In other words, just talk with someone in the department instead of relying on the website.
2) Make your appointment when you have plenty of time to wait. I've been told it would a certain amount of minutes and it ended up taking longer. I've had it take less time too. Just be prepared to wait longer and hope it's not going to.”
“My friend and I went over to AutoZone to get battery cables for her car, when asking the gentlemen there, they acted as if they had no clue and didn't even offer to at least peek outside to see the car in selecting the correct cables ( you would think they'd know) so, we went over to Advance, and they were absolutely excellent! Not only did they act professionally but was able to correct the problem by cleaning the terminals and made sure there was a secure connection.
