They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. With things the way they've been through the pandemic, I am amazed at the neatness of the store as well as the full inventory. They even called another store to find an item and ship it to my home. I will drive 45 minutes with no regrets to be able to browse neat stores with kind staff over staying local and being told to "look online." Although, due to the full inventory and kind associates, I spend waaaayyyy toooo much money:)”
