“Cameron really knows her stuff. She suggested a waistcoat with a collar-less shirt and vest something I hadn’t considered before while also being perfect for a business casual look without going with a full suit and tie. She was friendly, very accommodating, and the quality of the pieces were great too.”

“My girlfriend and I just popped in to browse while on vacation and we had the best experience ever! Brittany is an absolute sweetheart, I loved hearing all about her family of 20 farm animals. And Cordy was so welcoming and did an amazing job on our hair tinsel ❤ Such a cute little store, we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Virginia!”

“Love this shop with its unique and beautiful merchandise and their little cafe with delicious quiche and salads and more. I crave their pickled cucumbers and onions...just like my grandmother used to make. Soooo good. And they have customer service down pat. They could teach other shops a thing or two (or 20) about good customer service! The Mole Hole is one of my happy places in Williamsburg. ?”

“So happy that I decided to check out a class at Pure Barre Williamsburg! The first week of classes is free and you have the opportunity to try various formats and get familiar with the studio & instructors. Laura and all of the staff are fantastic- they're so welcoming. Right away, everyone at PBW took time to get to know me and note any health factors. The quality of classes & instruction is phenomenal- supportive, motivating, challenging! This is a community that will keep you on track with your goals! For me- attending classes has made a major impact on chronic pain related to my spine. I love all of the positive results that I experience, but being able to sleep & move more comfortably in my daily life has been a total game changer. The inside of the studio is so beautiful and I love the retail section! Super cute & high quality items. I even shop for friends & family. There are always promotions and incentives, so I really encourage anyone to stop in. You will be glad you did!”

“I'm rewriting my review because whoever runs this account has less attention to detail than their own staff. I live near Raleigh, NC, based on my experience in several Tractor Supply Stores in Raleigh I figured all their stores were trashed and poorly merchandised. I was very surprised by the store near Williamsburg, VA. WHAT A CLEAN WELL ORGANIZED LOCATION. They should send the staff from this location in Williamsburg, to the Raleigh market to clean it up, to teach them how good it can be, the staff in Williamsburg is helpful and really seem to care. The Raleigh market is terrible and could learn a lot from here.”

“I needed a swimming suit. They had some only in clearance section. I was lucky to find one in my size. And they have nice cargo jeans in girls section. I loved the colors: pink, light/dark blue. They were 30% off. I got one for my daughter. All associates were so friendly and helpful, thank you for this experience.”

“I’ve been in this store, but it was years back and don’t even recall my experience. Staff was immediately helpful locating women’s pajamas for my wife’s Christmas gift. We discussed sizing and ultimately they needed to pull a pair from the back. Great deal at 60% off. Checkout was smooth with a credit card. Return policy runs into February which is incredibly generous. Recommend!”

“I had an issue getting my gap cash after I made a big back to school purchase for my son . The store is a little over 2 1/2 hours from me so there was no way that I could make a quick trip back to the store. I tried calling the online customer service and they said they were unable to issue my coupons to my account via the website. I called Gap factory yesterday and spoke with an amazing customer service representative named destiny. She let me know that she was new and had just started in March and she was unfamiliar with the situation of the gap cash not loading. This young lady did everything in her power to contact her boss contact her general manager to make sure that I got my gap cash. She couldn’t do anything the first day that I contacted, but she literally followed up with a call the next day and told me that she had a solution to my problem told me that she had a car in store for me they could not mail it out or could not email, but she did provide me with an online Gap cash reward number for what I had spent. Great customer service is so hard to come by. Even if I didn’t get my Gap cash back the way that she went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of was amazing if I could’ve spoke to her boss personally and let her know what a phenomenal employee she is I would have I never do Google reviews, but I made it my mission to leave one tonight. Thank you for everything destiny.”

“Lost the pants of my suit 2 hours before a wedding, ran into this store. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Megan were fantastic! Couldn’t find the right grey to match my suit so she found a nice blue pair on sale that went with my tie and my girlfriend’s dress. They were fast, funny, and helped me out as much as possible. Both of these women were fantastic and deserve a raise. I’ll be shopping here again to acquire the rest of this blue set because I think it looks quite sharp. My girlfriend loves it. Thanks again for all the help! -Izzie Redmond”

“One of my wife's favorite stores. Was surprised with the store not being new no reviews, or photos. We were greeted by staff at the door and told about current promotions. My wife browsed them and ultimately did not purchase anything. The store was clean and organized. The values are better with outlet pricing, but still tilt up. My wife was disappointed that the selections were a bit weak compared to their full price stores. If back in the area my wife would return.”

“I deduct 1 star to help customers gain more experience. I bought 2 white shirts of the same size and type. When I took it out to send it to Vietnam for my husband, I discovered that there were 2 shirts of different colors, 1 of which was stained and old compared to the other. I went to the mall with the desire to be exchanged for the white one like the other one, but the manager said that the exchange deadline had expired (11 days). I accept that I was wrong that the deadline was changed. But I asked the manager why the 2 shirts were not the same white. She replied: because there are 2 production companies, there may be different colors. So why don't you explain to me when you buy so that I can consider. I have pictures to show your customers. So that when buying, don't make mistakes like me. Look carefully when buying white. There are 4 stars left for the store because the quality of the fabric and shape are very good. My husband loves to wear Express's shirt”

“I had a great experience at this store, Ray was very helpful as well as the woman who was working with him. I have never shopped Loft’s petite section & I’m so pleased with my selections! In my opinion, quality clothing for reasonable prices - very sad I don’t have this closer to home!”

“Went on 8/19 to Williamsburg location to return some items I had ordered online. The experience was excellent and showed me that real old fashioned customer service still exists.I was greeted when I came into the store. The return process was very efficient. I was educated about how to translate Chico’s sizes to the size numbers that are usually in retail stores. Chico’s has expanded its sizes with more availability in larger sizes. It is my plan to return there in person when my family member comes to visit so she can try on clothes vs. ordering online. There are dressing rooms available. The outlet mall was very busy on a Sunday with school starting soon . I was able to get a parking space close by. The prices were excellent with a wide variety of merchandise and sizes.”

“My MIL treated my daughter to her first purse and Andy made it such a special first shopping experience! Andy picked out several adorable purses in her favorite color and helped her try them on and showed her out to look at herself in the mirror! She went above and beyond to make it a special afternoon for us! And then we found this sweet little note tucked inside when we got home 💕 Andy was so sweet and provided exceptional customer service.”

“This was my first time visiting a Michael Kors outlet and I had an amazing experience. Store was very clean and nicely organized. Shortly after I arrived and was browsing, I was greeted by a nice lady named Miroslava. Told her I was shopping for a purse and was just taking my time looking. She explained that there was a current promotion going on that if I bought a wallet and a purse together, it would be 20% off, so I was super excited. As I continue to look, I ended up with two purses in my hand debating on which one to get and was looking for a wallet, she let me know that I could actually get both purses for 20% off with the wallet purchase and that it was a 3 item max with the discount so I decided to get both purses. She also helped me decide on the wallet since I was also torn between two. She pointed out how one was a softer leather, and the other one was a harder so that would last longer. They had a large selection of purses and wallets and they also had some very nice clearance items so I ended up getting a book bag for a great deal as well. They had a selection of clothes items also but I didn’t take the time to look at it. When I was ready for checkout Mirsolava rang me up then headed to the back to grab brand new merchandise that had never been opened from original packaging. I was excited since I got products that had never been handled from other customers before. I came home and unwrapped everything and everything is beautiful. I’m super excited about my purchases and will definitely be back to visit again, I look forward to being assisted by Mirsolava again I appreciated her attentive customer service, and recommendations. Thank you so much for a great experience.”
