It is extremely rare that you get someone, in any capacity, to go above and beyond what is required of them to help out a customer. I’ve been getting the run around by dewalt to replace/repair a lawn mower. Jodi took it upon herself to not only spend time trying to find my transaction in Home Depot’s POS repository but also called DeWalt customer service to try and help me out.If anyone has the pleasure of being able to interact with Jodi, consider yourself in great hands. She is a phenomenal person.”

“I had a great experience at this Home Depot. I was blessed to have my kitchen designed by Ebony at the Woodbridge Home Depot kitchen design center. Ebony is excellent at what she does. She listened to understand what I really needed and incorporated everything into the design. She did a beautiful design and helped me plan the layout and pick cabinets etc. My kitchen is almost completely installed and I can’t wait to see the end result of her work. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Even though she is barraged by a constant stream of customers, she always maintains a great attitude with a smile on her face. I am very glad I came into Home Depot 7 months ago and met this gem at the store.”

“Two weeks before Christmas, they had many holiday decorations (lighted yard figurines) on display, but only a very few were actually available to purchase. Time to sell the displays or remove the ones out-of-stock, folks. Don't waste the customers' time looking for something they can't purchase.”

“PWHI took down my old deck and replaced it with a deck/screened in porch combo. I appreciated the frequent communication from Patti in the office and Angel the project manager, including when they couldn’t make it due to weather. I also appreciated that the workers were respectful with the decking materials and while working on site (no loud music and using the bathroom in my yard, which has happened at my former home!) The porch is already my favorite room in my house and I cannot wait to use it for years to come.”
