“Needing a tow isn't a great experience. But if you need it, I highly recommend them. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were also the fastest time I was quoted around. I had to 40ft truck towed and I will keep them on speed dial in case I ever need them again. Wish they were in every town. They also made the pay process with a card very easy.”

“My low tire light came on 10/26. The next morning I stopped by Mr. TIRE. technician checked all the tires. 1 was 10 pounds low. The other 3 were good. He told me tire needed to be looked at right away. I brought it back that afternoon. Tire had a nail in it. He repaired and balanced the tire. I'm very happy with the service.”
“Friendly and a life saver for my sisters. See they were traveling from IN to VA for a funeral when one of the rims on my sister's car was cracked. The car didn't come with a spare, the dealerships didn't have the part and the part was discontinued. The tire wouldn't hold air long enough to get anywhere on time and dangerous to drive on. I called Wimmer Tire & Service, Melvin referred me to this salvage yard, but it was closed. I called the salvage yard from IN the next morning at 8am while my sisters were still 200 miles from the funeral that same day. Robert from the salvage yard asked if I had a picture of a good tire on the car. My sister sent him a picture, she then called me an hour later telling me that Robert had found her a rim that was the same size and should work, she went to go get it. Robert was awesome and a life saver this day. When you are out of town (in the Roanoke area), don't know who to call and in a need of a car part, I would suggest calling Robert at "A Price is Right Auto Parts". I am so grateful for Melvin at Wimmer Tire & Service for giving me Robert's phone number to call. May God bless you both, your business and your families. I praise God for you both bring willing to help my sister with finding the part for her car so she could get on the road again. Thank you!!”

“If you get there to deliver after they are closed you can park outside the gate. The place is clean, friendly staff and enough room to easily back into the door. They hand unload the tires and will have a 53' trailer empty within 2 hours.”

“My experience getting a new set of tires was strange, but not bad overall.I ordered a set of Goodyear Maxlife tires online to be delivered to the store. They arrived by the next day. I was instructed to call a number to set up an appointment for the install which I did. The number was not for this location specifically. After the service rep got my information, we got disconnected. The service rep immediately called me back and confirmed my appointment had been made, stating they've been experiencing issues with calls. When I got to the store for my appointment, the guy working the desk said they just got new POS systems and was struggling to ring up my order properly. It should've come out to $743.24 (I checked online) but I was only charged $711.96. No complaints from me since I was already getting $100 off for buying a set of 4! I was quoted an hour and the work was done in about 45 minutes or so.I got in my car and about 2 minutes after getting on the road, my TPMS sensor displayed a "malfunction" reading. I was thinking they had damaged the sensor(s) during the install. When I got home, I decided to check the tire pressure with my tire gauge. 3 of my tires were reading around 40-45 psi (which was too high). 1 tire was reading so high, my pressure gauge couldn't even get a reading at first because it only goes to 50 psi. I'm guessing it had to be close to 65 psi, if not more. Once I brought my tire levels down to the recommended pressure, I got in my car, drove a bit and the light went off.+ Order arrived in store very quickly.+ Total price slightly cheaper than what I was quoted for.- Weird customer service on the phone and in-store.- No lobby/chairs to wait in. Ended up sitting in cafe area to wait. (Surely, this is by design to get you to shop while you wait.)- Careless technicians. Over-inflated the tires, tripping my pressure sensors and left mounting grease on my rim. They probably don't use gauges to check and use tool readouts instead. Come on guys. Take some more pride in your work.”
“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”
“Was very satisfied with the service. We had ordered tires from Tire Rack delivered to the store. The service was prompt and done quickly. The tires are balanced and ride is smooth. The only reason we give 4 stars and not 5 is trying to nail down an appointment. My advice—call store. Don’t use online reservation service. Ok 2 phone calls to get appointment nailed down.”
