“This is the only place in Roanoke I will buy tires. They’re very knowledgeable about the tires. Service is fast and easy. I had a flat while out of town was quoted $350 for a tire. I drove back to Roanoke on the spare and the tire quality tire was only $150 installed. If you are also in a pinch until the next paycheck, they have quality used tires as well.”

“First time here for fifth wheel inspection and tire and wheel mounting and balancing. Plenty of room to maneuver the 40' 5er in the parking lot with easy entry and exit.The technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I moved from 16" to 17.5" wheels and tires to complete my suspension upgrade. Even though I had purchased them online (new tires, used alloy wheels) to fit my special trailer needs, they were quite accommodating.I am going to have my fifth wheel serviced there for brakes next because of the courteous encounter I had with McCarthy's!”

“I have been bringing my car there for the past 6 years for inspection. Each year. It's been a little something 300 500 $600 which is okay. I don't make car payments and I don't understand why they didn't find some of these other issues last year. I know they just didn't deteriorate in 12 months. I live on social security and it's not the same place as it was when West and Dave was there. I always felt they were honest and was straight shooters. My car only has $126,000 mi on them even though she's 19 years old and she runs like a top all of a sudden. This year my bill was $2,200 living on social security. I do not have that kind of money. The only option I had was they have this third party that will approve you and let you make payments. However, the company you cannot research and find out really anything about them, but I had no choice to sign up for this thing. Why don't you do all the paperwork you find out? It's not alone. It is a lease to own. I'm assuming your own car and that $2,200 is $331 per month for 18 months. I feel like I was whipped off one by the least to own company and I feel a little disappointed and Mr. Tire because they have not fixed these other problems over the years and all the sudden decided to pile them all. I'll be at once. That being said, with my social security and my rent and medical expenses and this coming out and my other expenses, I will have about $140 a month for groceries, gas, whatever other expenses that might pop up. For 18 months I will be eating a can of super day. My dog will have to eat only dried dog food and if we're lucky we'll get a can of spaghetti or chili. That's my feelings right now. I waited a week or two before I posted this and calmed down a little.”
“We're working in roanoke from out of town and had a flat on one of our equipment tires. After checking with several tire shops in the area I was referred to McCarthy tire by a gentleman at Mr. Tire. They did a great job getting us back up and running. Quick service. Quality crew. Definitely recommend.”

“I came in for an oil change and a 90K maintenance check. They check the belts as well as break and transmission fluid. They said all fluids were good and the belts showed wear, but not enough to warrant changing yet. They were up front and didn't urge work that wasn't needed yet. That sort of service speaks volumes.”

They use an answering service that seemed ineffective or inefficient at getting messages to them. So I just went in person, which was easier. Thankfully the crew is easy to talk to and work with in person!”
“My caliber fell of my car and Qwik Time Towing towed my car to them on a Sunday. They had me fixed up and gone in no time! They also fixed the caliber so it would not fall off again. “Just got a matching set of used Fuzion tires there at 9 am today. I was in and out in 35 minutes. It would seem to be a family operation and the staff is both friendly and no nonsense at the same time. A great deal on what seem to be nearly new tires.

“If you get there to deliver after they are closed you can park outside the gate. The place is clean, friendly staff and enough room to easily back into the door. They hand unload the tires and will have a 53' trailer empty within 2 hours.”
“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“I had a slow leak on my back right tire, checked all four and that was the one dropping 10 Psi every two days. I called same day to try to get it resolved, they were able to fix it and I got my car right before close! I always appreciate your flexibility, and they do their best to get to you as soon as they can. Some of the friendliest people and skilled technicians around. I’ve been coming here for years, with two different vehicles. I won’t take my car anymore but here, I would recommend to ANYONE”
