“This is the only place in Roanoke I will buy tires. They’re very knowledgeable about the tires. Service is fast and easy. I had a flat while out of town was quoted $350 for a tire. I drove back to Roanoke on the spare and the tire quality tire was only $150 installed. If you are also in a pinch until the next paycheck, they have quality used tires as well.”

“I like to give credit when credit is due. Last Saturday, my 6 year old and I where running some errands in the bonsack area of Roanoke. I notice my tire was quickly loosing air and found a screw stuck in the tire. With out hesitation, I jumped in the car and started driving to the nearest place to have it fixed, which happened to be the Mr. Tire on orange Ave. I knew a tire shop on a Saturday morning was going to be crowded and fully expected a less than cheerful front end clerk to groan as I walked in, as is the poor costumer service we've all grown to expect and tolerate at any place of business these days. This was not going to be a pleasant experience with a 6 year old child. But! I was immediately taken back by the young lady at the front desks helpful disposition. She got us checked in and helped my 6 year old find some kids shows on the TV. At one point she was singing and dancing baby shark along with my 6 year old. Soon the tire was fixed and we were on our way. From a parent with a Saturday morning flat tire and a 6 year old, thank you to an above and beyond costumer service representative at the front desk of Mr Tire.”

“Scary drive from Richmond VA to Blacksburg today, but Mr. Tire in Hollins VA SAVED ME and SAVED the DAY. My car had started making crazy noises, like the air brakes on Semi Trucks, and was shimmying in the front end. It was raining, 81 was packed, and of course, my lead foot kept me running between 70 and 80 MPH. I finally got concerned enough to pull off the road and look at my tires, didn't see anything worrisome, checked the tire pressures, normal, but just couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. I googled mechanics near me and a Mr. Tire was less than 1 mile away. I called and got an appointment, at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The gentlemen took my car out for a brief test drive, came back, put it up on the lift, and then the secret whispers and conferences started. They asked if my car had been serviced recently and by whom. I told them who does my car service, and then they told me that both my front wheels were about to fall off because the lug nuts were loose. They tightened the lug nuts up and wouldn't take any money for the service that they provided. I am so grateful to these gentlemen for their kindness and help. They have no idea how much their care and concern for me meant. Thank you Mr. Tire!!!”

“They were honest with me about the time it would take, they did a good job, and I was able to plan around it. I loved dealing with them. The only downside was trying to call them. They use an answering service that seemed ineffective or inefficient at getting messages to them. So I just went in person, which was easier. Thankfully the crew is easy to talk to and work with in person!”
“I came in for an oil change and a 90K maintenance check. They check the belts as well as break and transmission fluid. They said all fluids were good and the belts showed wear, but not enough to warrant changing yet. They were up front and didn't urge work that wasn't needed yet. That sort of service speaks volumes.”

“First time here for fifth wheel inspection and tire and wheel mounting and balancing. Plenty of room to maneuver the 40' 5er in the parking lot with easy entry and exit.The technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I moved from 16" to 17.5" wheels and tires to complete my suspension upgrade. Even though I had purchased them online (new tires, used alloy wheels) to fit my special trailer needs, they were quite accommodating.I am going to have my fifth wheel serviced there for brakes next because of the courteous encounter I had with McCarthy's!”

“Just got a matching set of used Fuzion tires there at 9 am today. I was in and out in 35 minutes. It would seem to be a family operation and the staff is both friendly and no nonsense at the same time. A great deal on what seem to be nearly new tires.

“If you get there to deliver after they are closed you can park outside the gate. The place is clean, friendly staff and enough room to easily back into the door. They hand unload the tires and will have a 53' trailer empty within 2 hours.”
“I had a slow leak on my back right tire, checked all four and that was the one dropping 10 Psi every two days. I called same day to try to get it resolved, they were able to fix it and I got my car right before close! I always appreciate your flexibility, and they do their best to get to you as soon as they can. Some of the friendliest people and skilled technicians around. I’ve been coming here for years, with two different vehicles. I won’t take my car anymore but here, I would recommend to ANYONE”
“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”
