“We’re in the same business, so we know how easily some shops can take advantage of a tough situation — but these guys did the exact opposite. I sent my step father Steve to them for fuel system repairs, and they did an outstanding job. Truck was the dealer first and had it towed to Blue Ridge Truck & Auto. Crystal’s communication throughout the process was top-notch, and the pricing was fair and honest. They treated Steve with integrity and professionalism from start to finish. As a fellow shop owner, I truly appreciate the way they handled everything. Highly recommended. We would be honored to extend the common courtesy to them and their customers if they are ever in a tight spot in our area.”

“I wish we could do more than 5 stars! My fiancee and I were in a bind big time. Our car decided to crap out on us and with kids and work we needed a new car ASAP. I was dreading car shopping and figured we'd get stuck paying too much for a car we didn't really want because we needed something that same day. Aaron and the finance team went out of their way to get us in a great vehicle we absolutely love with an amazing deal too! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. I can't recommended them enough!”

“Friendly and a life saver for my sisters. See they were traveling from IN to VA for a funeral when one of the rims on my sister's car was cracked. The car didn't come with a spare, the dealerships didn't have the part and the part was discontinued. The tire wouldn't hold air long enough to get anywhere on time and dangerous to drive on. I called Wimmer Tire & Service, Melvin referred me to this salvage yard, but it was closed. I called the salvage yard from IN the next morning at 8am while my sisters were still 200 miles from the funeral that same day. Robert from the salvage yard asked if I had a picture of a good tire on the car. My sister sent him a picture, she then called me an hour later telling me that Robert had found her a rim that was the same size and should work, she went to go get it. Robert was awesome and a life saver this day. When you are out of town (in the Roanoke area), don't know who to call and in a need of a car part, I would suggest calling Robert at "A Price is Right Auto Parts". I am so grateful for Melvin at Wimmer Tire & Service for giving me Robert's phone number to call. May God bless you both, your business and your families. I praise God for you both bring willing to help my sister with finding the part for her car so she could get on the road again. Thank you!!”

“First time here for fifth wheel inspection and tire and wheel mounting and balancing. Plenty of room to maneuver the 40' 5er in the parking lot with easy entry and exit. The technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I moved from 16" to 17.5" wheels and tires to complete my suspension upgrade. Even though I had purchased them online (new tires, used alloy wheels) to fit my special trailer needs, they were quite accommodating.I am going to have my fifth wheel serviced there for brakes next because of the courteous encounter I had with McCarthy's!”

“This is the only place in Roanoke I will buy tires. They’re very knowledgeable about the tires. Service is fast and easy. I had a flat while out of town was quoted $350 for a tire. I drove back to Roanoke on the spare and the tire quality tire was only $150 installed. If you are also in a pinch until the next paycheck, they have quality used tires as well.”

“I have been bringing my car there for the past 6 years for inspection. Each year. It's been a little something 300 500 $600 which is okay. I don't make car payments and I don't understand why they didn't find some of these other issues last year. I know they just didn't deteriorate in 12 months. I live on social security and it's not the same place as it was when West and Dave was there. I always felt they were honest and was straight shooters. My car only has $126,000 mi on them even though she's 19 years old and she runs like a top all of a sudden. This year my bill was $2,200 living on social security. I do not have that kind of money. The only option I had was they have this third party that will approve you and let you make payments. However, the company you cannot research and find out really anything about them, but I had no choice to sign up for this thing. Why don't you do all the paperwork you find out? It's not alone. It is a lease to own. I'm assuming your own car and that $2,200 is $331 per month for 18 months. I feel like I was whipped off one by the least to own company and I feel a little disappointed and Mr. Tire because they have not fixed these other problems over the years and all the sudden decided to pile them all. I'll be at once. That being said, with my social security and my rent and medical expenses and this coming out and my other expenses, I will have about $140 a month for groceries, gas, whatever other expenses that might pop up. For 18 months I will be eating a can of super day. My dog will have to eat only dried dog food and if we're lucky we'll get a can of spaghetti or chili. That's my feelings right now. I waited a week or two before I posted this and calmed down a little.”

“Just got a matching set of used Fuzion tires there at 9 am today. I was in and out in 35 minutes. It would seem to be a family operation and the staff is both friendly and no nonsense at the same time. A great deal on what seem to be nearly new tires. Highly recommended. Ed B. Roanoke, VA”

“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“I have been buying tires here for a couple years now. I'll admit they have staffing issues getting good people to come and stay, but luckily the manager, Taylor has stuck around. She has always been helpful and the main reason I go back. If a problem is encountered, they always make it right.”
