Danny was really wonderful! Very professional man. smooth with his customers service, very in his domain. He helped me look for two items in pink very fast. I didn't even think to look for the second item in pink after we looked for the first one.

Went to a free yoga/pilates and while I appreciated the free workout what I could’ve gone without is receiving an over 3 month old expired drinks in me and my friends “goodie bag” …A coupon would’ve been nice.

After speaking with customer service regarding an error made when processing my return at your Tysons Corner store (at no fault of my own), I called the Tysons store as instructed by the customer service agent and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with your Store Manager Kat. Your Tysons Corner store lacks customer service. Specifically, your Store Manager Kat. She was both curt and unprofessional when I called. She made one attempt to call customer service and said the wait was too long and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. Is this your store policy? Accept returns, keep the merchandise, don’t return the money to the customer and then tell them to dispute it with their bank? The lackadaisical attitude with returning someone’s hard earned money is alarming, especially in the current climate. Buyer beware. Don’t shop at Fabletics if you value customer service and/or your money. And if you do shop there, hopefully you don’t have to deal with Kat.

Loved their 2 for $24 deals with the 70% off your first purchase. I knew about the price upfront and was planning to cancel. It took FIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to get my membership cancelled and it took almost THREE HOURS. I’ve never had worse customer service in my entire life. And they will spend 90% of that chat basically begging you not to cancel and bribing you into paying the $60 it’s actually the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered.

I ordered an outfit from Fabletics, it arrived on time it was beautiful. However, I had to return the outfit because I needed a smaller size. Fabletics sent me a return label shipping and handling was free of charge. I am just waiting for my outfit to be delivered. Will be ordering additional clothes for the holiday. Thanks 🙏 Fabletics.

They will charge you 59$ each month without your authorization after your first purchase and if you do not track your card payment you will be charged that 59$ every single month

Sign you up to membership so you can get their really good deals. Tell you that this is at NO COST. Four weeks later get charged $60. Would've been a good deal if the employees didn't lie to you.

I am 5’9 168lbs there leggings are not very seamless. They keep sliding down I got two different materials.
Don’t fall for 2 for 24. Cashier did not say anything about membership when I bought my first two pair. I went to that store once in December. I checked my statement in April and I was getting charged 59.99. That’s scam how can you sign me up for something without telling me without it. I went with a fried and it was same thing she was also getting charged.

Esta tienda es un fraude ,las chicas que hablan español no te explican que están firmando una suscripción que mensualmente te deducirán $59.99 mensuales ,haré en reporte al BBB ,scam if you speak Spanish be aware they will lie to you when they offer to buy 2 leggings for $29.99 they will never give you a paper to read they make a quick explanation but never let you know your are getting a suscripción which they will charge you $59.99 every month,my bad to trust my own people shame on you scammers !you can keep $180 for 3 months of suscripción already cancel my card ,but you’re loosing a customer for sure !
