They provide smooth and efficient customer service, helping customers find items quickly and making them feel comfortable, valued, and even like a celebrity. Associates are noted for going above and beyond, answering questions and explaining programs like the VIP membership with clarity. The positive energy is infectious, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere. The experience extends to online orders, which arrive on time and are beautiful, with a free and easy return process for exchanges. While a past community event included an oversight with expired drinks in a goodie bag, the overall impression is overwhelmingly positive.
