PacSun offers trendy clothing with a good variety of pieces. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who provide great customer service and assist with questions and merchandise credits. The store has a welcoming atmosphere, and shoppers find the clothing cute and suitable for occasions like the beach. While the quality is average and prices are high for fast fashion, frequent sales make shopping more affordable.
Employees stand around and do absolutely nothing. All they do is goof off and only one runs the register. Very rude as well. Second time i’ve been here and had to wait because the employees are just standing around and not doing their job.

Waited in a very long line for a fitting room only to realize one of the workers, in the middle of her shift was in there trying on clothes and modeling them for her friends that came to visit. That is wild.
