I had to wait a long time in line on a weekend. There were sales associates at the cashier, but only one was working while the line was quite long. Given what we pay, I believe it could have been handled better. I hope things improve.

Shut down fitting rooms for the weekend and kicked family members out while waiting for sister to pick out clothes. The whole mall figured out how to make black Friday work but somehow PacSun has to be different and not in a remotely good way
